$$$ ♿️parking 🚻 🎟 🎫 groceries hardware apparel home & garden limited sel. of sporting goods. It's Fred Meyer, nothing glamorous. Just a clean, well reputed grocer often with limited selection/variety largely due to this locations smaller size.

Everything is locked down tightly, like a prison. I feel like I am a prisoner to the corporate system when I shop here, which is why I rarely do. If they had good deals that would be one thing, but its all over priced slop.

My dad and I have been shopping here for years. The shelves are always stocked. It's clean and they have plenty of cashiers. There is a lot of parking available here.

Can be overpriced, but for l&c students this place is great. If you have the kroger pay discount it's also a lot more manageable

Don’t know what’s worse, the way they stock their store, or lack there of. Or their customer service. Never have anything in stock, parking lot sucks, employees look at you like you’re constantly in the way while you’re simply just walking by. Prices are always jack up and they call a dollar off of a $20 item a sale. And this location in particular loves to profile. Tired of turning around to see one of the employees or security staring you down while you have a basket in your arms and zero history of causing issues at the store. I wouldn’t recommend this store if it was the last one in town.

Employee Laura showed us attitude and was really aggressive because she couldn’t help us with entering reward Card in the system. Her Incompetence made her angry. Other employee was able to help us in seconds easily and happily. Go find easier job for yourself dear Laura 🤣

The only Fred Meyer that I have been to within the last 3-4 years, that didn’t make me feel like I was a thriving criminal. (I’m not) I understand that they need to protect there products from thieves. But I am a middle aged soccer mom, not a thief. This location was great, I am not a huge fan of the parking situation, but I’ll take that over feeling like I am committing a crime anytime

I just tried to get a money order here to pay my rent and had an awful experience. After stating very clearly how much I needed, the customer service clerk wrote up a money order with the wrong amount in the cents place. I asked her to fix it since it wasn't the amount I requested. Unbeknownst to me, this would result in us not being able to get the money order at all as they needed to refund the money, which did not go back into our account in the time we were there. We waited much longer than intended and tried multiple times. Anyone who comes here should be aware that if the workers screw up, your money could be stuck in limbo for who knows how long, and they will blame you for it. That was everything we had, and now we are unable to pay our rent until whenever it finally goes through. When the clerk realized the horrible situation that she put us in, she even tried to blame us by saying that she asked the number to confirm twice. Which she did, but we told her the correct number both times! I was very intentional about saying the right number. In other words, she had two chances to get the number right and she didn't and decided to blame us instead. I am furious. The only thing they could tell us was to wait until the money goes back in our account. We left without our money order or any money still in our bank account. You have completely screwed us over, Fred Meyer. And not even a crappy coupon as an apology after draining our bank account until who knows when. This is how you make customers never shop at Fred Meyer again. I never even fathomed that trying to do a simple monetary transaction at a grocery store could put us in such dire straits.

I really like the pick up option. Especially since I get the same thing every week. Saves so much time. I only wish they wouldn't use plastic bags for All the produce. I dont need a plastic bag for my lemon.

I hope everybody pays attention to your receipts and what and how you are charged. All three times I've been treated very rudely at the store level, honestly at this point I don't know if I'll ever step into a Kroger family of stores or Fred Meyer. I filed a complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice and sent this email to corporate Fred Meyer . ☆☆☆☆☆Dear Fred Meyer/Kroger Customer Relations, I am writing to formally escalate an issue involving repeated promotional pricing errors at your stores. On at least three separate occasions, I purchased items advertised under a “buy 3, get 3 free” promotion, but I was incorrectly charged full price for all six items at checkout. In one instance alone, the overcharge was approximately $36. Each time, I had to contact customer service myself to obtain a correction. While representatives eventually provided compensation, the process required significant time and effort on my part, and the reimbursement was issued as store credit on a Fred Meyer Rewards card rather than being restored to the original EBT payment method used for the purchase. I want to be clear that I do not believe this is the fault of individual cashiers. The repeated nature of these incidents suggests there may be a problem with how promotional pricing is programmed or applied within the system. My concerns are: - Customers are being overcharged on advertised promotions. - Many customers may not notice the discrepancy. - EBT/SNAP customers may not be receiving refunds back to the original payment source. - The issue has happened multiple times, indicating a possible systemic problem rather than an isolated mistake. I am requesting: 1. A review of the promotional pricing system related to these offers. 2. Confirmation that this issue has been escalated to the appropriate regional or corporate pricing department. 3. Clarification of company policy regarding refunds for purchases originally made with EBT/SNAP benefits. 4. Assurance that affected customers are being properly reimbursed. I have retained receipts and documentation related to these incidents and can provide them upon request. I have been a regular customer(40+ years)and would prefer to resolve this directly with the company, but I believe the repeated nature of these errors warrants serious review. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response. Sincerely,
