I had an Instagram order for 3 different people, starting at 10pm (instacart gave me 1 hour 15 minutes to shop). At 11 I went to check out but was missing 3 items. The checker and bagger were incredibly rude to me and would not help me find the missing items. They abruptly left, and my orders were cancelled by the time the manager tried to check me out. I have never experienced such impertinent employees and will never shop at the Barber Fred Meyer ever again.
The fred meyer store in oregon city is well stocked. It is not as well staffed as it should be. You can look for half an hour to find a member of the staff to answer a question. Also, when they remodeled the store, they made the aisles far too narrow. As a customer, I have to work my way around others.That have carts to get down an aisle. The staff are wonderful. When you do find them, they are more than happy to help you with whatever you need. They are well trained and customer friendly.
This Fred Meyer is very old as you can tell by the ugly sign. Yesterday I was shocked by so many Kroger products on the shelves. Everything Kroger now which is ok if you like chemical food. The flower dept however has lovely choices, the prices, like everything else, are high. A wonderful selection of highly priced cheese. The folks that work here are quite lovely, friendly, helpful. The organic choices are practically non-existent in the meat dept... The Pharmacy is completely dreadful, long queues, unhelpful grumpy pharmacist In the end I spent $100 , 2 paper bags half full with no handles. 3 cars waiting for my spot, parking can be challenging. Kroger products are not my choice so I will not be going back. All things
Avoid the one on Burnside - I understand most of us stop by here out of convenience but do yourself a favor and make a detour towards Safeway instead. 👌
Great produce. I like that they don't have the same songs playing on the radio loudly so we can't help but get the words stuck in our heads. Groceries are great, household products, wine, beer, meat, donuts, they have most of what anyone would need on a day-to-day basis.
Ask Google for Fred Meyer Jewelers, this location was the first one that popped up. Guess what? They don't have a jewelry store at this location. Drive 20 mins in rush hour traffic for no reason.
1 of 2 centrally located Freddy's which close late at 11pm! Most of the Parking here is concentrated especially close to the main entrance, and the main travel routes to this store enjoy unusually low traffic outside of rush hour. Rewards cardholders should be aware that cellphone data is almost entirely dysfunctional anywhere in the store, so to access Digital Deals pricing you must connect to the free public Wifi or get special help at checkout.

This is the best grocery store. Such friendly amazing staff, fresh produce, great customer service, grocery pickup is seamless. Thank you!! A shoutout to Tom who makes shopping with kids so much easier; he always greets us with stickers and a smile.
Love this place. ONLY thing I wish they had is a clothing section but all other bases covered. And a good electronics section.
