I entered the store before 8 PM PST and completed my purchases. When I attempted to exit through the same door I entered, I was informed that the door was locked. I was told I would need to exit through the opposite side of the store and walk outside in the cold with my purchased items to reach my vehicle. Concerned for my safety, I asked the associate near the door if she could contact the manager for assistance. She called her manager, Roderick, who instructed her to tell me that there was nothing that could be done. I was told that if I wanted to speak to someone else, I could go to customer service. It was clear that Roderick had no interest in helping or speaking with me directly, so I proceeded to the customer service desk. There, I spoke with another manager, John. Unfortunately, John didn't fully understand my concern. While he allowed me to exit through the door I originally entered, he made a point of telling me to "plan accordingly" next time. Well, John, I can assure you that my future "planning" will include avoiding this store altogether and opting for a more customer-friendly grocery. Neither Roderick nor John demonstrated any basic understanding of customer service. The policy of locking doors at a certain time is clearly meant to protect the store’s assets and staff, but when I expressed that my concern was also about my safety, it was brushed aside. If I could give this experience a lower rating, I absolutely would.
This place does have everything you need.Really cool freddy's nice and large loved it made a couple videos of my favorite spots.
I've shopped at several other grocery stores and this Fres Meyers is my favorite. Always clean, tons of selections. Always tons of parking.
Had some time to burn while waiting for a friend. Convince led me to Fred Meyer! I found a great led lamp! Working great for my dark closet!
Love this store ❤️ My go to for all edibles. Good selection with variety to choose from. Prices are better than their local competition. Sales are plentiful. Fresh produce, meats and seafood 😋
They have a good selection of body care and this is the only place I can get a money order for my rent without cash so I go here every month to get my rent check and I always grab a little something from their makeup/body care section. They have sol d Janeiro dupes by MCO beauty and the vanilla cashmere body oil which are hard to find in store (iykyk)

I was followed throughout store, meat service counter told me to buy rotten looking freezer burnt meat. Otherwise there was a cashier in self check that was the nicest sweetest lady I've come across in a long time. Cannot remember her name. I had a brace on my knee, she helped me for maybe 1/2 hr. Bagging my groceries and helping me. The meat section was inexcusable
5 stars for customer service including baking department, cashiers, and stock associates. 3 stars for the managers. 3 stars for the security staff. (Which is a third party but still)
