Had an amazing experience at Fogo de Chão. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was top tier. The meats were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and kept coming fresh to the table. The salad bar was incredible with so many high-quality options, and every detail felt thoughtful. Staff was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend if you want a memorable meal.

This place had an absolutely wonderful warm and inviting atmosphere. Kyle, our server, was wonderful and attentive. The buffet bar is continuously stocked and has delicious combinations. There are so many meats, so many choices, everything absolutely delicious! It’s diabolical I don’t have the stomach room to try everything!

Fogo de Chao Portland has become one of our favorite go-to spots to enjoy good food and a nice night out. I want to highlight the exceptional service at this location. We have visited a few times now and have been delighted by the care and personal touch by the team here. This last visit, Eliza helped me and my husband celebrate my birthday and she made it one to remember! She was so sweet to check in on us throughout the night and took such good care of us! Me and my boyfriend came for our 1 year anniversary and the food and service within the dining room was fantastic! Noteably, Charm gave great suggestions and was an authentic and sweet server! He made our day extra special. However, it was dissappointing to wait 20 minutes for our table after we made reservations 3 weeks in advance. Rush was just ending (7pm) and it was confusing as there were several empty tables in our section when we were sat.... I understand having walkins wait.. but having hosted before I dont quite understand why we were waiting 20 minutes. still rated 5 stars though because the food absolutely made up for the wait- especially the roasted pineapple 😋

Juan provided an amazing dining experience at Fogo de Chao in Portland, Oregon. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. He checked on us regularly, answered questions about the menu, and made us feel welcome. The food at Fogo de Chão was outstanding, with a huge variety of perfectly cooked meats and an incredible salad bar. Every item was fresh, flavorful, and served with great care. Thanks to Juan’s excellent service and the restaurant’s delicious food, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

We usually love it here. The service and food were amazing as usual. But the tables were packed in there for the holiday season. It was way too crowded for comfort. I got bumped into several times by passing gauchos, not their fault, just way too tight. The market table is delicious and is enough of a meal on its own! The lamb and beef choices were very good. Even tried grilled cheese with hot honey. And those tiny rolls are to die for.

We are from Vancouver, Canada, and we intentionally went there to try this churrascaria and also celebrate my husbands birthday with some friends. We were really looking forward to the experience. We waited in line for quite a while before being seated, even though there were many empty tables available. That part was a bit frustrating. However, once we were seated, the experience improved a lot. The service from the Brazilian staff was excellent, especially Caina and the very friendly young lady who was also helping us. They were attentive, kind, and made us feel very welcome. Some cuts of meat were not available that day, and unfortunately there was no chicken heart, which is one of our favorites. We also wish there had been garlic paste available. Aside from that, everything was absolutely delicious. The meat that was served was flavorful and well prepared, and we truly enjoyed the food overall.

I recently dined at Fogo de Chão, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The steak was unbelievably juicy and tender—perfectly seasoned, expertly cooked, and sliced right at the table. Each cut seemed to melt in my mouth. The picanha, in particular, was bursting with flavor and had that ideal balance of a crisp, seasoned exterior and a succulent center. What really impressed me was the variety. Every meat option they brought around was fantastic—whether it was the filet, ribeye, lamb, or the different specialty cuts, each one was consistently delicious and cooked to perfection. The gaucho-style service makes the entire meal feel interactive and special, and it’s hard not to keep saying “yes” when everything tastes that good. O’dell was a fantastic sever

Went there for my birthday. Incredible place with a wonderful atmosphere. Got the item where it's an all you can eat and they keep bringing slices out to you and even though I had just a few slices of each and a salad I was super full at the end. Chocolate lava cake was delicious, drinks were poured great. Every single item was high quality and incredible. The gentleman helping us, Hamish, was funny, sincerely friendly and had endearing things to say about spending special moments with the people close to you. He made the experience that much better because I wasn't just impressed by the atmosphere and food but the staff as well.

I want to start by highlighting the positives. The food was excellent, and the manager, Stormy, was an absolute pleasure to meet. She genuinely cared about our experience and ultimately helped turn an otherwise disappointing visit into a better one. We had reservations for 6:00 p.m., but we were not seated until approximately 45 minutes later. Unfortunately, the service we received from our server, Dwayne, was extremely poor. Once seated, our server rarely checked on our table. We frequently had to flag down other servers just to have our water glasses refilled. We also ordered an additional side of lobster mac and cheese, which took an unusually long time to arrive. It appeared that the order may have been forgotten and only entered after we inquired about it. After speaking with Stormy, she personally made sure we received the dish. By the time it arrived, however, we had already been there for an hour and a half and ended up having to box it up to take home. We selected the Full Churrasco experience, but throughout the meal, the servers bringing the meats repeatedly skipped our table. At times, we felt completely overlooked and invisible. I normally tip 18% for good service, but due to the lack of attentiveness and overall poor experience, I left only a 10% tip. Honestly, I would have preferred to give that tip directly to Stormy, as she was the only person who showed genuine concern for our experience and took action to address the issues we encountered.
