Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Juan has been our server twice now, he and everybody has been on top of their game! Very organized, attentive, food is fresh, employees are focused. Food is always good but what makes the experience is the people working and they are killing it. Our first date was here and we've been here maybe 10xish. I highly recommend! Great wine selection as well.

After reading the recent reviews, I might seem like an outlier here, but when I say our service was terrible, that’s an understatement. It took them 40 to 50 minutes to bring us all of our drinks, which was well past our mealtime. And that was after requesting them multiple times. The manager was kind and comped a few items, including desserts, but then the desserts took another 35 minutes. The restaurant was probably at about 65 to 70% capacity by then. The service definitely ruined any experience our table had. Also, please note that during busy times, your party may need to wait on the sidewalk in front for 20-30 minutes even with a reservation, so be prepared. There is no real space for a waiting area.

The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. They Seated us promptly and the place was clean, professional, and everyone was so kind! Our server O’dell was so professional and was very knowledgeable about everything we asked him. And above all the food was some of the best we have ever had! I would recommend Fogo de ciao to anyone and I am so excited to come back already!!

The ambiance was great!!! Food was amazing. The meats had flavor!!! The market place buffet could have been refilled with items that were low or did not have anything at all. I rated a three star due to where we were seated which was down in front of the steps. Not great because every time someone walked in we felt a very cold breeze and was hard to enjoy our meal with the cold draft that came every 15 minutes it seemed. Not a great place to put a table honestly. Overall the server whom was a women was great and service was exceptional!!!!

It was my wifes 30th and OMG THIS PLACE WAS DEFINITELY THE BEST KINDA RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE!! The staff were the BEST JUST LIKE THE FOOD!!! I just loved all the good stuff all you can eat cheeses and salad stuff and they walk around cutting meat right onto your plate ALL YOU CAN EAT IT WAS SOOOOOOOOO FREAKN DELICIOUS 😋 sorry I didnt get pix of them cutting the meat for us these pix don't do it justice!! If you haven't been here YOU GOTTA GO!!

We had dinner here for my partner’s birthday and were both really excited to come and enjoy the experience, but we were quickly let down. Although we had a reservation, we weren’t seated until over 30 minutes later. The food came out slowly, and while our waitress was very nice, she seemed overwhelmed and forgetful. It took about 20 minutes just to receive my glass of wine. We also didn’t get as much meat as we anticipated or wanted, even though our cards were flipped to green for the entirety of our stay. I wish we received more selections, but from what we had the food was good enough, just not what we had in mind. On top of that, they were out of multiple dessert items. Overall, it felt like very poor service in every category , especially for a Tuesday evening. 4 kids were at the table near us, and a few were running around and going past us bumping into our table going to the market table to grab food. only picture i got

honest review. Traffic 3/10 lots of traffic busy area Parking 4/10 found a spot but far away from the restaurant had to walk a bit Atmosphere 10/10 beautifully done inside Bathrooms 6/10 weird there is one restroom with unisex stalls that were private but washed your hands next to everyone , most people who entered were confused. Also dark so hard to see Food 10/10 great , no notes other than I filled up way to early on salad , don’t make my mistake! Table Service 3/10 they forgot my drink so I canceled it after 45 minutes, had to ask to get a water and never got it refilled waved at our waiter and were not seen, and were told we would get a free dessert because it was our anniversary but he charged us for it anyways , but it was so hard getting his attention that we didn’t even say anything and just paid for it cause we were tired of waiting Meat service 10/10 came around plenty of times and always asked us if we wanted more

We came for my birthday for the first time and I was blown away! I got picky with my wine and they never skipped a beat. The ladies who helped me choose were so sweet and helpful and worked hard to dial in what my tastes were and what would pair well with my meal. Faith and Jocelyn provided attentive service and made my birthday dinner a wonderful experience. The food was fresh and so flavorful. We went during the major dinner rush and the place was packed and bustling. The gouchos were quick to bring deloahous morsels in a whim. What a wonderful dining experience!

We had such a great experience at Fogo de Chão thanks to Charm and Junio. Charm was very attentive, friendly, and always checking in. Junio was just as great, helping us take our food orders and guiding us through the payment process so smoothly. He also spoke Spanish, which helped us so much especially for our non-English speaking parents. They both made us feel very well taken care of and truly elevated our whole dining experience. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised with a free dessert, which was the perfect way to end the meal. Huge thanks to both of them, we’ll definitely be back!

We like it here. The food is great and the employees are nice. We brought family for the first time though and it was realllly disappointing. It took foreverrrr to get meat. We hardly had a selection of meats and requested chicken 4 times and got it once everyone had finished eating. It's hit or miss. I wish meat service was consistent. Unfortunately, this is probably the 4th time this has happened. We've had probably 5 times where meat service was great. SO roughly 50/50 that you'll have a great experience. 😬 Which is a bummer for the price. Again, the employees are super kind and we love the server in the pic. Shes funnyyyyy. And shes working hard. It seems like they need more people or more meat. Idk.
