Caina Morelli. This one’s for you! Looking out the window seeing the skyscrapers set in down town. I thought to myself this is the thing that movies are made of. Men and women with swords sharp as razors and spears of meat as far as I could see. From the belts that the men wore giving the Brazil theme feel. To the way that the waitress engaged with us. To the thoughtfulness of the entire team. This was and will be one of my most memorable dinning experiences. All I can say is Tomahawk! 34 ounces of pure heaven. Everything at Fogo de Chão was so good and absolutely worth the price. The meats were perfectly cooked, the service was great, and the salad bar was surprisingly amazing veryyy fresh, high quality, and a meal on its own. Definitely a place I’d go back to. The customer service is was the best I’ve ever experienced everyone was very sweet. In particular Justin (mahi) was patient in describing everything and introducing us to new foods. And the bald older short lighter skinned male with the accent, he was very attentive and also patient with us while our table was waiting.
Went here for our two year anniversary! Our server was in training so it seemed he was being pulled in a lot of directions. Then Faith came by and saved the day! She stopped by to check in on us even though she was wasnt our original server. She made sure our wine we ordered with the first server got sent to our table and even came back to check in on us for a second round and then again to ask about dessert! She really went above and beyond to make us feel special! The food was out of this world! I couldn’t beleive the grilled cinnamon pineapple l! such a yummy surprise! Loved trying all the different meats and the salad bar had a great selection!
Everyone was so nice! The market table had so many options- my favorite waa the beet salad! When we wanted a specific type of beef - they went out of their way to make fresh & bring to our table. Love this place!

We had an amazing experience at Fogo de Chão in Portland! The food was absolutely incredible — perfectly seasoned meats, a fresh and beautiful market table, and delicious sides. Everything was cooked to perfection and kept coming nonstop. A special thank you to our servers, Grant and Odell, who truly made our night unforgettable. They were attentive, professional, and so friendly. They made sure our table always had exactly what we wanted and checked in at the perfect times without ever being intrusive. Their service was top-notch and made us feel very welcomed and valued.
I ordered the picanha cooked medium to medium well, but what I got was overcooked meat. Also, this restaurant never includes utensils with online takeout orders. I’ve ordered here four times in a row, and there were never any utensils included. There’s no option on the website to request them either. In most restaurants, utensils are automatically provided with takeout orders—but not here.
Great place, great service and food. Just let me know next time that im going to be expecting a text after I check in. I was just standing there and my phone was on silent. This steakhouse delivers an incredible selection of amazing cuts—perfectly marbled ribeye, butter-tender filet mignon, flavorful New York strip, and more, all sourced and aged to perfection. Every bite was juicy, richly beefy, and cooked flawlessly to medium-rare with that irresistible sear. What truly elevated the experience was the manager, Trey—he was amazing. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the meat, he offered spot-on recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, and made us feel like VIPs without being over-the-top. Outstanding steaks, top-tier variety, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend!
