Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Fogo de Chão! From the moment we sat down, the energy and hospitality were on point. • The Salad Bar: Calling it a "salad bar" feels like an understatement. The Market Table is fresh, diverse, and packed with amazing options that could be a meal on their own. • The Steaks: Every cut of meat brought to the table was seasoned to perfection and served exactly how we liked it. Truly delicious and melt-in-your-mouth quality. • The Service: This is what really set the night apart. Zack and Porfirio went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had the best time possible. If you're looking for a spot with great vibes and even better food, this is it. We will definitely be back!

Went on Christmas Day! A really fun experience overall. There was about a 20 minute wait even after we had a reservation, but once we were seated we were welcomed warmly and everything flowed much better from there. They explain everything to you at the table, so no worries if it’s your first time! The market table/buffet was fresh and well stocked. I loved the feijoada (must try!) The pão de queijo was addicting and the pineapple mint lemonade was very refreshing. We tried the Branzino carved tableside + full churrasco! Branzino was fresh and so flavorful! No fishy aftertaste at all and melts in your mouth. 10/10 The full churrasco is worth it if you’re going all in. The beef ribs were to die for. We enjoyed all of the cuts except for the lamb, it wasn’t our favorite. For us, gauchos weren’t coming to our table as often as we would have liked, but after mentioning it to João, he completely saved the day!! Within seconds, we had multiple cuts of meat brought straight to our table including ones we hadn’t even tried yet. Thanks to him, we left completely satisfied. You made our Christmas lunch special, thank you João!

Kaitlyn was a great server and everyone else stepped up for amazing service all around. The food of course was amazing and there were so many different options to try. We also had the carmelized pineapple old fashioned, which was great!

I had an amazing dinner at Fogo de Chão in Portland. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made everyone in our group feel comfortable and well taken care of. The beef was outstanding—every cut was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The picanha and filet mignon were my favorites. The cocktails were also excellent, perfectly balanced and very enjoyable. 🥰 I celebrated my birthday here with family and friends, and it was truly a memorable experience. The warm atmosphere, delicious food, and great service made everything feel just right. I would definitely come back and highly recommend Fogo de Chão for special occasions.

We chose this place for our 1 year anniversary. Absolute, picture perfect ! Best service from Grant and Junior. The most amazing food, best meat, best dessert, best everything! Thank you so so so much!

I have been there a few times before, but it had been before covid. We celebrated our anniversary, the other couple had their anniversary as well. Great food, nice salad bar to go along with. What a wonderful night it was really appreciate them.

My Fiance took me here for my birthday and we had the best time! Our server Dwayne!! was so amazing! He was kind and made the experience feel so personal and memorable. I wasn't a fan of the drink I ordered and he took it back and had the bar make something that he thought I'd like which was so kind. You absolutely get what you pay for and can't wait to go back

The meal was delicious. Service was attentive. At times we had to pump the breaks because they kept bringing more cuts of meats before we could finish what we already had on our plates. Wonderful experience.

Took my partner here because that’s what he wanted for his birthday. We both work at a steakhouse downtown- so we were excited not to be cooking for once. We got there at 7 when our reservation was made for and didn’t get sat for another 15-20 minutes whatever it was busy. But then the rest of the night it felt like our server was rushing us. I think all told we were there for 45 minutes. His name was Zachary and asked us like 5 or 6 times if we had looked at the dessert menu. Made me feel like I was being rushed out of there. Made me feel pretty unwelcome. Food was awesome and server was attentive I’ll give him that. The roasted bone marrow is great.

Her attention to detail, especially with our Old Fashioned, was next-level. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and crafted with care you can tell she takes pride in what she does. The full meat experience? Unreal. Endless cuts coming out hot, juicy, and seasoned to perfection every bite somehow topping the last. Huge shoutout to Sky, our waitress, who made sure everything flowed perfectly all night and kept the experience seamless from start to finish. Trey brought great energy to the table just an all around cool, enjoyable guy to be around, which made the night even better with coworkers and friends. And we can’t forget Sophia ending the night with an amazing dessert that was perfect to an already incredible meal. Sweet, rich, and absolutely on point. Good food is one thing but when you pair it with amazing people and standout service like Kaylee, Sky, and Sophia’s, it becomes something special. Nights like this don’t come around often, and this one definitely delivered.
