Sophia was our server tonight and she was extremely nice and patient with us and our kids. The food was delish and we couldn’t stop eating. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be coming back here again!
Had a great time sitting at the bar with a friend. We ordered some meat and a couple drinks and enjoyed the flavors of all. Some issues with ringing stuff in, but everything went well overall! Bridgette and Kevin rocked it. Great conversation with them.
Good food but not responsive to legitimate complaints. I placed an order online, was told it would be ready at a certain time, but it wasn't. I waited the majority of my lunch hour and then had to leave so I asked for a refund. They said to do it online, but when I went online it said to contact the restaurant in person. That was two weeks ago and not a freaking peep. I wouldn't call it outright theft, but it's definitely unethical/lazy/incompetent. Is it too much to ask to get what you pay for? And if not, may I get the money back? Apparently it is for FDC.

I recently had my first experience at Fogo de Chao, and it was absolutely amazing, largely thanks to our server, Issac. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive, funny, and charismatic. He took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, offering great suggestions that perfectly matched our tastes. Issac’s excellent service truly made our visit unforgettable. I can't wait to return!
The greatest date night my wife and I have had in Portland! We tried a little bit of everything and everything was good. The top sirloin and garlic steak definitely stood out as favorites. The service was exceptional, we were taken great care of by the servers Aubrey and Junior and they made us feel very warmly welcomed. The cocktail menu had some very nice options, and the cheesecake creme brulee was better than any other creme brulee we've tried in Portland. Will be back, 10/10 date night experience!
I just hoped that the host would have let me sit close to my friends table, prior my request instead i was sitted far from them. The food was good, kinda pricey but its worth it.
My husband and I dined at this restaurant on Memorial Day, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. First, the food quality was not satisfactory. The meat was excessively salty, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Second, the service was poor. Throughout our meal, my husband had to get up and walk to the waiter’s station several times just to refill his own water because no staff member checked on our table. Due to the lack of service, we intentionally left only a 10% tip. However, after reviewing our credit card charge, we discovered that the final bill showed a $53 tip on a $126 meal. This amount does not make sense and is far higher than the tip we authorized, especially considering the poor service we received. We contacted the restaurant regarding this issue, and they informed us that the bill would be sent to a third party for review. While we appreciate that they are looking into the matter, we are very unhappy with the overall experience and concerned about the apparent discrepancy in the tip amount. We hope this issue will be resolved promptly and that other customers will not encounter a similar situation.
Just had lunch with my wife here and had an excellent experience. Alexander was our server and kept the drinks coming and always made sure we had what we needed. Fogo is very consistent and the food is great. I don’t usually leave reviews but Alexander was so awesome I wanted to leave this here and hope that management sees it. Great food and great service. Would recommend.
Our waiter was amazing. The food is always special. Very thankful for my birthday meal there with family and friends.
