We had our furnace break down on the coldest day of the year last year, that’s when we met. Being a contractor myself, I was a deer in the headlights on a snow day. Enter Evergreen who literally had us back up and running same day—super easy going, showed up early, figured out we had a failed component that was accessible, got the part and turned on the heat. Take it from me: this is the team you want in your phone when your HVAC fails! My wife and I were so impressed, we joined their Evergreen Home Comfort Club to take advantage of their annual maintenance. Just had our first visit today. Worth every penny: our tech was pro, bery thorough, very discrete, super knowledgable and gave us a detailed report to support all her findings. 10/10 customer service…we’re looking into upgrading our system next. We had a heat pump installed to replace our old oil furnace. From the quote process, to the installation, to the final walk through, Evergreen did a great job with the project. All 3 technicians were methodical, organized, and communicated clearly. They have high standards for their craftsmanship. We had a non-standard electrical setup and they were able to accommodate this with high quality problem solving. Overall our experience was great. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Review as of 24 hours post install - The Evergreen team was quick, professional, and friendly. They came out during the cold snap and worked in below freezing temps to install two ductless mini splits in my home. Units were installed clean and level, and work like a charm. They kept me informed through the process and gave a thorough explanation of the work completed and operation of the units. The initial estimating process was also straightforward, they were one of a small number of estimators that took thorough measurements and provided load calc results to back up why they sized the units how they did. Would definitely recommend the company.

I mean, install just finished today, so I can't talk long term yet. I found the installers to be very considerate and good communicators. Everything looks fantastic and appears to be working well. I absolutely HATE inconsiderate and poor communication so I definitely would recommend Evergreen to anyone!! Probably the most painless big home improvement I've experienced.

Evergreen has always been super prompt with their service calls, has parts quickly available, and keeps their systems working well. They were the best value when we had a new furnace installed 8 years ago, and they are still the best. Cody, our service technician, was prompt, responsive, and professional. He cut himself deeply on his wrist and hand and I worried that he simply put toilet paper and electrical tape on it and continued, but he said it happens and he’ll be fine- still, I hope that he has it taken care of so that he doesn’t have pain in other calls he does today!

Evergreen installed a heat pump at our house. They did a great job and were very professional. They actually went above and beyond what I was expecting in terms of organizing the area our furnace is. The team leader was great with communication and explained how everything worked in an easy to understand way. I could tell that he and his team were serious about high quality work from the way they talked with each other. The front office helped with getting the inspections done and made it an easy process. They made scheduling everything really easy. The system they installed is working out great so far and really looking forward to having a cool house this summer.

Our A/C had stopped working and I called Evergreen after seeing so many positive reviews. They were able to fit us into their schedule right away. Our technician, Kody, was excellent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. I really appreciated his clear communication and how hard he worked to make the necessary repair and then confirm that everything was working properly.

They communicate well while setting up the appointment and scheduled it promptly. The technician arrived on time, worked quickly, and laid out the reasonable options and recommendations. He was also super friendly and walked me through what he was thinking. All of this was at a really reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for more, and I'll be calling them back if I ever need anything in the future.

I bought a head pump from Evergreen 10 months ago. In the past 2 weeks, it has gone out twice. The first time they could not explain why it happened and offered no ideas for how to prevent it from happening again. Today it’s happened again and their off hour technician is unreachable. Absolutely unacceptable quality and service.

Evergreen installed out mini-splits about 3 years ago when we remodeled. They did a great job then. This week we had the units serviced (4 and external exchange unit). Will turned up to do the service. Will was a polite and pleasant young man. He arrived on time. We walked through locations and he just got on with his job; I didnt notice until he was done. The units were in good order. I recommend Evergreen.
