Trevor came to my house at 8:00 at night to fix my furnace. He was extremely polite, clearly explained the problem and steps moving forward and got the heat going on a cold November night. I am so grateful and would recommend his service to any of my friends.

I recently had a new heat pump system installed by Evergreen and am very please with how everything came out. It is a split setup with a new heat pump, then also an air handler and two mini splits on our second floor. We initially spoke to Scott, who was very easy to work with and informative. He laid out our options and helped us pick out a good setup that worked well for our space. The installation team was lead by Luis who was great. I really appreciated the level of communication that Luis had at every step of the installation process. He was friendly, communicative, seemed to take a thoughtful approach to the installation, and was really pleasant. I am very pleased with the work and Evergreen was really easy to work with at every step of the process.

Scheduling was quick and easy. They were upfront about the service call fee and quoted repair costs before doing any work. Technician was friendly, communicated clearly and effectively of what they were doing and what we could expect. Even gave tips on how to improve our set-up if we wanted (above and beyond) and was considerate of our home (including our cats). Great company. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service! Thank you for installing my furnace with only 1 days notice right after a wind storm. Three other companies told me it would be 4 days before I could get a mew furnace. Special Thanks to my service man fir going the extra mile after hours to make it all happen in one day. My family is grateful.

Not only was I able to get an appointment scheduled within 24 hours, the associates who answered my call tried feverishly to offer tech support over the phone to ensure an appointment was not scheduled if it wasn’t truly needed. I really appreciate that type of customer service in this day and age. Cody was our technician today and he supplied us with stellar service. He was able to quickly assess the problem and get our heat turned back on within minutes of his arrival. We will definitely be repeat customers!
