Estes Express Lines

Our delivery was suppose to arrive on 7/14 and has been sitting at the Estes warehouse since. That was 3 days ago. Calling does no help as they aren't even able to give an accurate arrival time. Would not recommend this shipping company.

I ordered a bathroom vanity from Home Depot. They use Estes for delivery. I was notified that it would be delivered on Oct 22. I then received notice that it was delayed and I would be notified in 1-5 days of the new delivery date. I heard nothing and called Home Depot a week later to trace the package. Another week passes and Home Depot notified me by email that the package was lost in transit (even though the pickup and delivery addresses were both in Phoenix). I had to reorder the vanity. Three days later, Estes left a voicemail requesting a callback to schedule delivery. I called back and left a detailed voicemail with instructions. Two days later, I received the same voicemail from Estes regarding scheduling delivery. Again, I left detailed instructions on voicemail regarding delivery. It seems that Estes personnel don’t answer their phones but let it go to voicemail and the don’t bother to listen to their messages. I’m in the middle of a project and the contractor is waiting for this item. I advise people not to use Estes and will also recommend to Home Depot that they switch to a more reliable delivery service.

I recently had a ping-pong table delivered by Estes, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The driver would not take the table off the pallet, telling me it was “against policy.” I explained that I am recovering from a very serious spinal cord injury and am living alone and unable to lift anything over 10 pounds, even offered additional funds for help, and pleaded for a little compassion and humanity. Instead, he remained cold and unkind, and left the enormous table blocking my front door — creating a serious safety hazard and blocking my only entry/exit. I immediately called Estes several times, but no one returned my calls or helped resolve the situation. The table is still sitting outside my front door with no solution. Beyond inconvenience, this has created a real fire and safety risk. I share this review not out of anger but out of deep disappointment that a company would allow a situation like this to happen, and would not respond when a customer is in genuine need. Delivery services should reflect care, safety, and humanity — especially when customers are vulnerable. Estes fell short in all of these areas.

They do not communicate anticipated delivery ahead of time and supposedly delivered my vanity while I was out of town with no lead notice. In fact they delivered it to a completely wrong location, failed to communicate with me any anticipated fix to their mistake, and ultimately I had to file a claim with Home Depot who refunded me my money. Unfortunately the item I ordered is now no longer in stock. I'm not sure how you deliver an item intended for residential delivery to Wayfair but it seems like I'm not the only one who has found their delivery services to be inadequate. Would use caution if you can choose, and if you can request another company when ordering from a business I know I will in the future.

Ordered a very expensive table saw from Home Depot online who subsequently contracted Estes Express for delivery. I received a call 48 hours before delivery date (to set a date and confirm an adult would be there to sign for it). I was set to be at work, but confirmed my wife would be home. She spent the entire day waiting for it... but it never came, no alerts on the ring doorbell... nothing. Or so she thought until she went outside at 7pm to get the mail. It was then that she discovered that they had delivered our very expensive power tools by dropping the pallet and not notifying anyone at all. They couldn't even be bothered to knock on my door! What happened to "18+ must be present to sign for package"? Do not use them.

45+ minutes on hold during business hours no answer, called the national customer service line and they can't get through to the terminal despite it being opened. Just need them to flag that they aren't picking up so I can get another carrier to come through.

Very horrible customer service,I was told 4 to 5 days and little did I know it ends up being 8 days. What a stressful situation and inconvenience that you couldn't imagine. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache.(BUMMER)

Was all good and great til the fork lift driver dumps this on my truck and drives of. Thankfully a nice trucker came over and helped with some straps and man power. If not we would still be messing with it hours later.

Delivery arrived within the time frame promised. The driver, Brandon McMillan, was very friendly, professional, and able to get my 651lbs of heavy boxes loaded into my garage. Excellent Customer Service! Thanks Estes!

I’ll try and present just the facts with this review. My order got to the Phoenix location Tuesday Oct 8 and did not get put on a truck and delivered until Monday Oct 14. To put it in context it travel across country coast to coast in less time it took them to put it on a truck and drive it 20 miles. When it did get to my house it was left on the curb blocking the sidewalk. We all know how much of an issue theft is with packages, and why the driver would not move it to the patio and not from the road I do not understand. The driver did not even try to ring the doorbell or call me to let me know my $5000 delivery was sitting on the side of the road for anyone to grab. No I would not recommend using Estes to ship.
