Never buy anything that needs shipped from Home Depot or anywhere else that uses them. If I could give a zero I would. Dropped off a package that weighs 450lbs on a pallet, in my driveway. Had my son waiting at home to meet them so it could be put behind a fence at least. Nope, they couldn't even be bothered enough to ring the doorbell. I found out it was delivered by email. When I called got a nice, but useless lady on the phone. After over 36 minutes of waiting to speak to a manager. I got Christian "Chris" not sure how he got his job. When I told him what happened, asked him what happens if it gets stolen. Without hesitation replied, "file a police report" when I asked him how I'm supposed to move it. (450lbs) again, without pause replied "sounds like you need to call your neighbors" WTH?! I DON'T GIVE BAD REVIEWS UNLESS FULLY DESERVED. I will never use them again, I will not purchase major items from home depot again. It's obvious they have a captive audience and don't even try to find a solution.I'm sure the owner will reply with his firm letter that's on most of the reviews... Here it is"We apologize for the inconvenience and communication issues you experienced. Absolutely great experience!! I sell small equipment on eBay and I had to get a shipment out Friday, I was running late and got there after 5:00 pm,,they unloaded my pallet and I was out of there in 10 minutes!! This was in Phoenix and my unit was going to Tennessee , got there today (Thurs) and my buyer is super happy!! Left me positive feedback and I had to leave mine where credit is due!! Thanks to the girl in the office that made sure I would be helped and the rest of your team...
These guys were great. After a headache from my retailer, once it was in the hands of ESTES, they really made the difference. The delivery date was set for 2 days AFTER my son's graduation and after telling my story, they prioritized it, FREE of charge!! Arrived just in time and I couldn't be more grateful 🙏 🙌 Driver was super professional and courteous and we even spoke for a while about camping destinations. Great company and I will eagerly use again. Great job!! 👍
My water heater arrived at their warehouse on Friday and no delivery yet after 6 days. I have made several phone calls and no one takes responsibility. Shame on Home Depot for using such an unreliable company. When you listen to their bull while on hold, you would never want to deal with this company again. 👎👎👎

I had a shipment that was scheduled to be delivered on a Thursday, which would have meant I would have to deliver it to where I was taking it on Friday (my day off). The order was already loaded on a trailer for the delivery. I called customer service on Tuesday and asked if there was any way I could pick my order. They made arrangements to unload my shipment so I could do so. Wednesday, I arrived to pick up my shipment. I was on their property less than 15 minutes total to check in, get the order loaded and I was on my way. This was a super smooth process that could have taken 30 to 45 minutes, and I wouldn't have complained. Their staff was courteous and professional.
Ray Escatel completed my delivery yesterday and was an absolute delight to work with. He went above and beyond to assist and was incredibly patient. He is an asset to the team.
My first request was handled with care and professionalism. Felicia was very attentive and personable in providing a detailed service to accommodate my needs for a very important job that I needed to provide for a large non profit organization.
