My shipment was never loaded as scheduled. It was turned over to another company that delivered it without any notice as I was walking out the for a medical appointment that took a month to schedule. I had to cancel the appointment. The driver should be FIRED!!
Ubelievable !! "Customer Care" what a joke. No one will call me back. One email I received said I ignored their calls. NOT TRUE. No calls. Emailed their corporate office, Phoenix Office, no one answers the phone. How are they in business? My product arrived at their terminal on 7/29. Rediculous.
Worst company we’ve ever dealt with. Do not use them if you need your delivery by a deadline or in a hurry... or ever actually. Horrible customer service. We were put on hold for over 15 minutes then hung up on THREE TIMES! People there are clueless and couldn’t help you to save their lives. You have to harass them in order to get information on the things you’re waiting on.
We called 3 times to confirm our shipment would be picked up today (07/23/2018), ESTES confirmed that. Even we already paid for guarantee service. After 6 hours waiting, there is still nobody to pick up pallets. Terrible!
ESTES Express is my go to LTL carrier! I book gold metal shipments with ESTES several times a week and they do not disappoint. The drivers are friendly, helpful and always a familiar face. I have my Estes field support specialist on speed dial, who is always eager to support any part of my shipment from pick up, to tracking to delivery. Overall Estes's performance is consistent with a solid reputation of successful deliveries!
Everything they told me would happen did happen. On time and everyone was pleasant. I'll use Estes Express again. For sure.

Estes rep Glyndeena B is my favorite and this is my favorite Estes terminal because of her! Very prompt, very knowledgeable and sweetest rep for Estes. Estes found a keeper! :) I can't say enough but I would like everyone on google to know. Get with her and your shipment will not fail. Thank you for being there!
Do not recommend it. They lost a very expensive item. They did not report this issue to the vendor (they said they will). They do not answer emails. We were supposed to receive this item in a week and is taking more than 5-6 weeks.
Estes has some of the best rates! Their drivers show up and are personable. Our representative for Estes is awesome! He's always available if we have any questions.
