The review is simple: Estes is run by people who just don't give a damn. So much so that their service is probably the worst I've been dealt.

This is probably the worst delivery company that I have ever experienced ever. What is the point of Estes calling and scheduling a delivery window, when they don't even show up. I called to check on my shipment and Estes stated that the driver was about 4 stops away, gave me a new ETA and didn't show for that as well. Really sad. In addition, the after hours support person is a complete joke and cannot do anything except send an email and tell me 'That's all I can do' in a snippy tone. All of their facilities close down at 4 so basically they are useless and have no means of customer support until morning. So that leaves the rest of us in limbo wondering where the thousands of dollars of gear that I ordered is? I was told that my driver Edgar had my number but I guess it's too much to ask for some kind of update especially if your not showing up. So as of now, I still see that my shipment is out for delivery and no status update from Estes that shows 24hr service. I will strongly advise the vendor I order from to switch services ASAP.

Olga in customer service went above & beyond for our company as far as making sure our shipment arrived on time this week to meet a tight grand opening deadline date. We were stressed & nervous that it would not come on time but she helped tracked the shipment from the beginning to end. She was very attentive and communicative all the way through and took it to next level as far as making sure it is ready for terminal pick up as well which made us very confident we were going to get our shipment in time. She valued us as a customer so we will definitely be coming back as a repeat customer and will be sending Estes as a referral to other vendors we know. I would highly recommend her for her great customer service and for following through with us to keep us satisfied.

BE AWARE: The worst shipping company in the Valley!!!!! From the supervisors to customer service reps. If you want to get your material on time do NOT ship with this company. You will not get your material on time you will get lied to. Or you will get your material DAMAGED! This has happened for years now so I know this is not just a bad day, weather or POWER OUTAGES.This has happened with almost every shipment from this company. We always request from our vendors not to ship with them and they haven't for a while. But I guess this shipment slipped through to this company.

Had an appointment for 3pm. No call. No number for me to call to check on package and know if they are ever going to show up. I spoke to some yesterday and they confirmed it would be delivered on time. Had a crane wait to install the unit being delivered. And no show. There excuse as I read in other answers sorry high demand, well know what you can handle and distribute before saying what you guys can't complete. Trash company. Had a problem from the beginning sending the wrong tracking number. Couldn't expect any better from the beginning!!

Poor communication and delivery times were pushed back from times originally scheduled.

My order has been sitting, untouched for more than two weeks, waiting for Estes Express to deliver it. Finally, they set a delivery date with a 8am to 3pm window. No show. No call. Just an entire day wasted, waiting. It's 2024, send a text. Pretend like you're professionals.

We had a wonderful experience shipping freight with Estes from coast to coast. From the drivers to the dispatchers, to the employees at the Phoenix, AZ Terminal in particular - super friendly and our cargo made it perfectly safe. Will be back when the time comes - thank you!

Today we received a phone call letting us know our safe would be delivered early to our home. We had originally been expecting delivery between June 1st and June 4th, so this came as quite a surprise. As a disabled veteran, I knew I would need help moving it once it arrived, and with the sudden change in schedule, I was understandably concerned. When I met the driver, Lewis, at the end of our driveway, I explained the situation and my frustration. After learning that I was an Army Ranger and disabled veteran, Louis immediately responded with compassion and kindness. He said, “Don’t worry. How much do you still need to move in the garage? I’ll help you, and we’ll get this taken care of.” I was honestly taken aback. In all my years of owning businesses and managing employees, I have rarely witnessed someone step up the way Lewis did today. Without hesitation, he went far beyond what anyone would normally expect from a delivery driver. Because of Lewis, my wife and I were reminded that there are still truly good people in this world. His kindness, professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to help touched us deeply. By the time everything was finished, both my wife and I were in tears from the genuine compassion this gentleman showed us. Lewis deserves to be recognized and commended for the outstanding service he provided today. On behalf of my wife and myself, thank you for employing someone with such exceptional character and integrity. His actions made a lasting impact on us, and we will never forget his kindness.

I want to give a major shoutout to Lucy one of the amazing appointment clerks. I have done a LOT of business with Estes over the years and truly experiences like I had today with her is why I trust them with my LTL even when things don’t quite go as expected. I hope this message finds her and her supervisor as candidly good customer service is rare, and even more rare in logistics where things are constantly shifting and changing.
