They are the best always on time and send trucks the same day they are my fav carrier
This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I try to refrain from writing negative reviews online, but this company warrants it. My company ships a few pallets every Friday, and we do not have a loading dock or forklift at this time. Estes, however, reassures me that they can get a delivery driver to my location with a lift gate before the days end, only for me to check in with them at the end of the day and they tell me they cannot find anyone with a lift gate. They then miraculously have a driver walk in with a truck equipped with a lift gate and they reassure me they'll be at my facility within the next 20 min. An hour goes by and I cannot get anyone on the phone. This company is truly terrible.
This place is an absolute joke! I was scheduled for a delivery on a Thursday, they never came and called late in the day when no more deliveries were available, of course none for the best day(Friday) so I scheduled a delivery for Monday for an 8AM-5PM window. Monday rolls around and nothing until about 4:55PM. “Sir, we won’t make it out today, my truck broke down and I’m right down the road” I asked for his name and managers phone number because at this point it’s a bit frustrating, yes, it gets worse. Once I asked him this, his response was “if you want it that bad, you can come pick it up, I am close” Close was 30 minutes away, I was baffled, I paid $200 for shipping and you tell me that I can come pick it up?! They driver told me that he would have to come back out tomorrow with a new truck, I let him know that if it was so close and the truck gets repaired, I’d like it to get delivered. He ended up coming out that night, about 40 minutes later and when he got here he refused to have it taken to my back yard, mind you, this is a Pergola. The Pergola that is being waited on by a carpenter to assmble because a shipping company is incompetent. This dude was just lazy, I have to doubt that the truck was actually broken, he probably just didn’t want to come out, because I’m so far from everything. It seems very convenient that the truck gets repaired, he gets on his way, and to my house(30 minute drive) in a total of 40 minutes.
Had a delivery today on 8/29/24 in Waddell, FIVE STARS all the way! Octavio was the driver and he was kind and helpful! Wish all deliveries went this smoothly! Thank you!!
Took over a week to get product from Dallas, Tx. If I didn't call to check on who knows when it would have shipped. i called numerous times to check on and expressed how important this was and needed asap. They claim they put notes on this but it didn't speed up the delivery. On hold for an hour, told that will arrive on Monday and now won't be until Thursday. I called my vendor and suggested they look at using g a different trucking company which they are in the process of. Hopefully I see my product tomorrow like promised.
Very pleased with this delivery. I requested the driver call ahead and I received it 1/2 hour before with an estimated arrival time that was exact. The delivery man was very pleasant and also brought my order into my garage exactly where I asked him to put it. Couldn't ask for more.
A1 service all around. Picked up an engine, transmission, and cherry picker from Nortth Ridgeville hub and was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Will recommend to anyone and use again if the need arises in the future! Good job guys!
I like the fact that I can have tracking updates automatically sent to the customer so they too can see where their order is and when it will deliver. Customers want to be in the know and Estes allows us to give them that. Thanks Estes
This company is absolute garbage. Spent all day waiting for them to pickup my pallet that we scheduled early in the day. No one ever showed up and there was no call to say they were not coming. When I tried to call to find out what was going on they were either closed or no one would answer the phone. Ended up using a different freight company and I would advise you to do the same.
Horrible service. My package has been sitting on their dock now for over a week. They have scheduled 3 times and no-showed me each of those times. I have sat around 3 days now from 8-3 waiting to receive the delivery because it requires a signature but they never show up... I am leaving town tomorrow and have no idea when/if I will see my package...
