The Medical Staff enjoy assisting Customers and exhibit great customer service.
The young ladies in there 4 to be exact stuck me 4 times and missed. I never had any issues with a person drawing blood on me for labs....i have good veins. Being a Catscan technologist myself I have to start my own iv's to introduce contrast into my patient system and I found it very unprofessional when a facility let's untrained staff do things they clearly aren't trained to do. Needless to say i waited almost and hour before the Doctor came to draw the blood and he wasn't gentle either. I'm not here to bash the facility but being in the medical field for 10 plus years they need to do better. I almost wanted to ask if they needed some one to draw labs because 98 percent of time I can get you smooth gentle pain free.
Waited for over an hour and just full out paperwork and was expecting 10 minutes of a wait since I arrived at 8am
Receptionists were friendly and helpful, process was quick the staff was thorough and answered questions I had. Easy to find parking as well.

Everything was a smooth process from start to finish . Everyone was super nice and welcoming , and the lobby was clean and the chairs was so comfy , bathrooms well kept . From one medical professional to another I can tell they truly cared about there patients and maintained clean and sterile practices, which was so nice . And everyone in the office was beautiful . I never seen so many beautiful happy people in 1 setting thanks again for everything
I had a great experience at Concentra. My visit was smooth from start to finish, and I could tell the staff genuinely cared about making sure I received the best care possible. Everyone was smiling, kind, welcoming, and genuinely wanted to help me. The environment was really cool, clean, and comfortable. They had AC, a TV playing while you waited, and comfortable office-style chairs that stayed in place instead of rolling or swinging around. Those little details made the waiting area feel much more relaxing. Overall, I felt comfortable, respected, and well taken care of. The positive attitude from everyone there really stood out to me. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I would gladly come back if I ever needed their services again!
It's a great place for your urgent care needs, or otherwise employment test requirements. The staffing is good, the only thing I have had issues with, is the admittance login protocol. Other than that its all good!
