I love this place.. everything is so easy and friendly. And professional. I spent about an hour there because I could not get for a sample for that long. I will always go to these people when I have the choice. I got a annual DOT physical for UPS.
I went here because I had a work injury. I was pricked with a dirty needle and my manager (and HR) recommended I get tested for Hep B. I filled out all the paperwork and it was approved by my work. When I finally saw the doctor she called me a liar. That she knows my company is a manufacturing company. I said yes, a medical device company and I was working with a new brand of needles and got pricked with an OLD one that had been lying around. She said that used needles go in a sharps bin and I was like YES but I'm R&D and I was working on something and if you have ever been in an R&D lab shit is a mess and who knows what the history of that needle is. They ultimately refused to test me for Hep B. Never going back.
Loved the new registration online through the txt they provided. Fast and easy. Seeing the doctor right away was a plus from other places I have been for my DOT physical. Was in and out pretty quick.
Thanks to all the staff at concentra all very polite, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Joanna she was amazing. I wish I knew her last name I would send her flowers 🌹
Long wait time but the girls were really nice. I believe they were short staffed. It took me over 2 hours to be seen. I was the 3rd person on the list and about 25 people came before me.
I came for a pre-employment physical. Already a little frustrated from a wasted day at another Concentra which was extremely short staff but polite, I get to this Concentra on Monterey Rd in San Jose. The doctor was prideful and invasive asking me about alcohol consumption and if I had any dui’s. I really wanted to get to the physical part for the job but that angered him and he threatened to turn off the computer and end the physical. So he checks me out and everything was good. This job has a requirement to lift 100 lbs so they load 100 lbs of weights in a big wooden box which must weigh something by itself and they have me to pick it up, put it on a table, take it off the table, and put it back on the floor not one or two times, but ten times! Then they want to retake my blood pressure immediately after that and surprised that it was really high! I pick up my wife from work and get home, and realize I have pain in my back! I go in for a physical healthy and come out with back pain! They didn’t even give me a back brace! I hope I never need to go back to them again but I’m more concerned for other people that might go through that. I’m a 46 year old man that’s had other physicals but NEVER one like this!

The staff was very nice and professional. The waiting time took a while but overall my experience was great .
I had a really great experience with the person who did my TB test. She was polite, respectful, honest, and she made me feel really comfortable!!!
