Great staff. Wait time was short. Professional all the way
Even though they were extremely busy and I had to wait a few hours the staff made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of
I went for a random drug test, when I got there I was greeted very politely, and was told that they would be sending me a request to fill in some info on my phone. I did not have to answer a million questions this time a few questions and sent it back to the receptionist. I was called in by a nurse about 5 minutes later, this was a nice and fast visit.
Staff was very accommodating even though it's already close to closing time when I arrived and well past closing when we got done the staff was still very welcoming
Honestly I don’t know why this place doesn’t have 4-5 stars. The front desk workers are so awesome, they just get you in and out as fast as possible. Coming early basically guarantees a 5-10 min wait after signing in. Someone should give them doughnuts! 🍩
Was there for like an hour for a pee test because they couldnt find the billing info for my employer. They were nice enough but also I would have left and gone somewhere else faster without them stringing me along.
the lady who did my drug test was really rude. She was treating me like a prisoner and acting super unprofessional. She was only being nice to the male patients. I felt so uncomfortable
I was in at 8:00 am,registered, called by8:25,went thru all my procedures for my medical card and out by 9:00. I think that was pretty good. Nice pleasant employees working there.
Staff were friendly. I was greeted with kindness and eye contact which is rare. Wait time was short. Tech was friendly and efficient. Best visit I've had in a while. Thanks
They did a great job getting everything done quickly for my pre-employment screening. Gabby was great! Thank you Gabby! And I feel bad that I don’t remember my providers name, she’s a PA and also made it easy for me to get approved to work. I appreciate you both!
