it was a funny interaction forgot the girl who helped me but she had bright orange hair and braces and glasses she did great job good service even if she was little nervous
I came for employment screening. The aide who did the initial part of the exam was okay, and I liked the doctor who examined me. But there was about a 2 hour wait between when aide finished with me and the doctor saw me. And FYI, the waiting room chairs look comfortable but they sure aren't.
Please be sure to recognize Andrea, she was absolutely phenomenal! I visited two other facilities where the lines were out the door, and the receptionists were neither helpful nor courteous. In contrast, this facility had a much smaller crowd, the wait time was very reasonable, and Andrea provided exceptional service. She was respectful, pleasant, and truly a standout. As an executive from another health care organization, I genuinely appreciate what it takes to run a smooth and efficient medical facility. Thank you for the outstanding experience!
The young ladies at this facility are very thorough, professional and welcoming. The facility is extremely clean and organized which I loved. The only thing is that it took about 2 hours. I did not have an appointment and did I walk in visit per my company so completely understandable.
The ladies here are so sweet!!! The front desk had a younger staff member named Daniela who was such a pleasant person to have service me both times I came in. There was another older woman with glasses and black hair on the phone and I could just hear how caring she was to the patients otp & then witnessed her be such a nice individual to those that came in. There was two younger ladies (Lizzy & Erin I believe?) who did my TB skin test & they made me feel so comfortable and had everything go quickly n got me to be relaxed(im scared of needles lol). Overall, the kindness of everyone on the team truly made this experience a lot less nerve wrecking for me and I just want to thank you.

All of my experience here, from the front desk to all the personnel assisting me with evaluations, x-rays, and medical opinions, have been excellent.
Check in at reception had a small hiccup but Amid was very helpful and did an amazing job!
First, I have to say that the staff are very nice and helpful, I don’t agree with other reviews that I’ve read, but I guess that’s their experiences…but the “doctors” are a huge problem at this place… My neck and back were injured, accepted by my work’s insurance, but it has taken them a year to get my back referred, and still not examined or diagnosed…they just keep avoiding it despite my protests and urgent requests for my lumbar pain to be examined… Aaaaaand, four months ago the two extremely painful herniated disc in my neck were diagnosed right to my face Face, by a PA With a God complex as “nothing but arthritis… “ The two herniated discs are just now 12/09/2025 approved for a discectomy snd installing a metal plate in the back of my neck through my trachea… And I’m still being referred back to work on modified work schedule… Unbelievable, CONCENTRA is opening themselves up for a lawsuit for any additional injuries and exacerbated suffering I’m caused during this time…and there’s a lot!!! I can’t sleep with my neck, and should be off work, these are very stupid people in charge…
The tech who helped me did not know how to check blood pressure. They didn't even have a proper station to check. The Dr. Who took over was not professional. She measured my neck and laughed. She told me I should try another profession where my blood pressure doesn't matter. My blood pressure is fine every morning. I am a bus driver. She didn't even check my reflects. I will never go back there again!!!
