Concentra Urgent Care

Decent location but appointments usually run an hour late even when you are scheduled for 1st appointment on open. You keep sitting in a small room for easily 30-40 min before you ask if anyone is coming and then someone shows up. This has happened more than once with no indication or any communication. Work suffers due to this.

The technician who took my blood was awesome. Very friendly and explained everything, step by step. In fact, I hardly felt the needle go in.

I had to come to the location to complete a drug and physical test For a driving position. My experience at this location was extremely unprofessional, and I have never felt more unsafe in a clinic as a trans person than I ever did at this clinic. You would imagine that the staff would be competent enough to treat everyone that walks through those doors with dignity and respect, but I did not get that for myself. The front desk reception treated me almost as if I was someone they randomly bumped into on a street thinking it is appropriate to openly have their opinion about me in a professional setting. I hope that they are held accountable for the discrimination and for creating an unsafe space for someone like me. I would not recommend this location if you are part of the QUEER LGBTQIA+ community. 0/10

I got there about 8 am when they opened and there were already about 10 people in front of me, so I suggest coming in early so the wait time doesn't get longer. The front office were very nice and informative. I didn't have an appointment, and just did a walk in, so they told me I had to wait 1 - 1.5 hr understandably so since there were 10 people in front of me and the staff looked super busy. I was finally seen a little over an hour of waiting and was helped by Gabby. She was very friendly and professional and helped me with what I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place for being friendly and informative, and to reduce the wait time, try to get an appointment.

Really friendly staff and really like the girl that helped me with my n95 fit test however I had to wait 1.5h to be seen for something that took about 10 minutes. No one warned me I would have to wait so long. The waiting room was not full when I walked in. After seeing it empty, refill and empty again I thought maybe they had forgotten about me, at that point it had been a hour I had been waiting and I went to front desk where she said a doctor had to look over my osha paperwork. If you are in a rush use a different location. Overall staff is wonderful though.

Very helpful and the medication that i got is very effective and they are very helpful and hospitable by giving me snacks and water and helping me to go to bed, to sit down in the wheelchair and stand up in the zimmer frame. God bless you.

This place never answer their phone. Got injured on the job. Work comp and I tried calling twice and it would ring for 5 minutes each time. The wait time and getting check by the doctor took about 3 and a half hours, which is ridiculous and getting check out only took 2 minutes.

I came in for a random drug test when I was going into the restroom. The lady told me I had four minutes in the restroom. I heard my phone start going off on the group text, but that was my family. They were texting back-and-forth which was fine. It’s just every time I heard my phone text. It made it hard for me to pee, and then like a minute and the lady started knocking on the door, which was weird because I had three minutes left to try to go pee, but then she started asking me if I was OK, which made it so that I didn’t Pee and so I opened the door and I told her I thought you said that I had four minutes and then she started treating me like like bad like I don’t understand when you say you have four minutes leave somebody in peace so that they can pee. Don’t be knocking on the door asking if you’re OK it’s a parent that they’re having a hard time peeing and I don’t understand why she did that and then she took me in the front and sent me in a chair and told me not to leave like I was a criminal like I don’t get it. There’s no reason for them to be knocking on the door asking if you’re OK it’s a parent that we’re having trouble bleeding or pain a shy bladder, she called it announced it over the radio like I was doing something wrong and I don’t appreciate it like when you say you have a certain a lot amount of time to go pee give us that time Don’t be knocking on the door asking if we’re OK making it even harder and then treating us like we did something wrong as soon as we come out of the bathroom like what’s up with that like it’s very unnecessary. Let us try to go pee.

Nurses and staff don't seem to have the intention to help patients and let patients wait for endless hours in the rooms without even checking in. Doctors take forever to get to you. Ladies at front desk responded with a condescending tone and attitude when I asked to double check my pharmacy. Wait time to get checked in seems pretty high too. If you work in an industry that is people facing - lose the attitude , improve customer service and show that you care for patients. Oh also, the doc wouldn't give me more than 5 tablets of a muscle relaxant even though I was in so much pain and asked me to go to a different urgent care if I needed more .

I went in for pre employment drug screening and the process was super fast. There was little to now wait time. The receptionists at the front desk were awesome. They even helped me with a document that I needed printing. The gentle who I believe was in training was very helpful as well as the lady who conducted the test. Thanks Concentra!
