Long wait time but the girls were really nice. I believe they were short staffed. It took me over 2 hours to be seen. I was the 3rd person on the list and about 25 people came before me.
Been going to concentra since Dec on a worker’s comp claim. Severely injured my lower back and couldn’t stand for 2 weeks. Instead of giving me an MRI, they gave me PT. 3 months later and I’m still not 100%, but now issues me chiro. MRI finally issued and found herniated disk in L3/4 and L5. Had they issued the MRI immediately in Dec I could have recovered faster instead of suffering for 3 months. The last time I had a physician appt, I waited 45 min in the room for the Dr to see me then another 15 min for a “nurse” to excuse me and schedule my next appt.
Very nice clinic. Not too crowded. Ladies at the desk were very nice and professional. I had my work screening done very efficiently and the ladies were very detailed in explaining anything I had questions on. Made my first time so easy.
I had a 9 o’clock appointment and I didn’t get out of there until almost 11. To make a very long story short they were very unprofessional and unorganized.
I went here because I had a work injury. I was pricked with a dirty needle and my manager (and HR) recommended I get tested for Hep B. I filled out all the paperwork and it was approved by my work. When I finally saw the doctor she called me a liar. That she knows my company is a manufacturing company. I said yes, a medical device company and I was working with a new brand of needles and got pricked with an OLD one that had been lying around. She said that used needles go in a sharps bin and I was like YES but I'm R&D and I was working on something and if you have ever been in an R&D lab shit is a mess and who knows what the history of that needle is. They ultimately refused to test me for Hep B. Never going back.
Loved the new registration online through the txt they provided. Fast and easy. Seeing the doctor right away was a plus from other places I have been for my DOT physical. Was in and out pretty quick.
Thanks to all the staff at concentra all very polite, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Joanna she was amazing. I wish I knew her last name I would send her flowers 🌹

I had a really great experience with the person who did my TB test. She was polite, respectful, honest, and she made me feel really comfortable!!!
The staff was very nice and professional. The waiting time took a while but overall my experience was great .
