Rico's service was immaculate! He was extremely attentive and helpful. I will be returning and spreading the word as well.
I asked an employee why I can't try on the clothes they said I can come back and return them after I try them on at home. I don't live in town, i asked her why though and she had a really bad attitude and said "I already told you" and walked away. You guys lost business. Hope you don't continue to let your employees mistreat paying customers.
This place is organized but there are no dressing room and the employee checking me out refused to call a manager to ticket ONE item and she refused to call. So rude and then walked away refusing to finish checking me out that’s the girl in the photo. Don’t waste your time and money. If you do, make sure everything has a tag!
This is my guilty pleasure. My mom and friends come on the half off sale days. I have found some many great items. The staff is helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that pole on the shopping cart. It is a nuisance. I understand why you have them in place. However, it can be annoying.
The staff is friendly and the overall vibe is positive, but the place feels very outdated and a bit depressing. It would definitely benefit from some renovations to make it more inviting and modern.
I always find something nice when I go here!!! And the prices are amazing better than Goodwill!!! (I'm just saying)! And I love the fact that since they don't have a dressing room they have 14 day policy if the clothes don't fit!
The clothes are well priced and the staff are friendly. While they don't have fitting rooms, and that is an annoyance, the exchange policy is perfectly reasonable.
I don’t know what’s going on in there but it’s Hotter than Hell itself, but the employees were nice and funny.
The best thrift store if you’re looking for kid clothes. I’ve been coming here for over a year and find great stuff for my son every time. Also great for kids books. Prices are great too
I had a very nice gentleman help me and overall very welcoming and nice staff! Would visit again!
