I've visited every thrift store in the area and this one is my favorite of them. They do have some things overpriced, but I've found several items I really love that were priced fairly.

My friend & i went earlier this a m & we were both very impressed w/ the store & how it is set up for customers to check out w/ their items! Everything i got i was very pleased w/! All of the staff were busy helping customers thru out the store & our shopping experience couldn't of been any better! I like how they have the tall poles on the baskets where the baskets stay w/ in the store!!!! Keep up the good job!

I started with this store when it first opened. They used to have decent items, and really fair prices. Now they price stuff like it's new, the majority of the clothes are stained, torn or just way outdated, and they'll still have high prices on them. Their furniture is curb side trash, and their art is garbage. Not a good store anymore

The store is wonderful. I am most joyful for their plus size section now. It is easier to navigate. The only thing that gets me is that when I witness other employees hide the items they desire on the sales floor so they can buy it themselves when the shift is over. An employees should not be on the sales floor hiding items for themselves. It is not fair to shoppers. If I as a shopper has to go in and search on every rack for something desirable then they should too. I wish a manager was walking around more.

I used to love this store but prices are ridiculous now. There was a piece of wood in the decor section that was maybe 20x20in, and it was $40! Saw another generic piece of wall art for $18, and it still had the sticker from when it was for sale at its original store for $2. There was one poor guy running the register and a line of at least 20 people waiting to check out with carts packed with items. This last part isn’t the businesses fault, but some of the customers who shop here have zero self awareness. I saw an older man with a woman who looked like she could be in her teens and they were doing lots of PDA. There are families with little kids who shop at this store and you see stuff like this all the time. It used to be fun going to City Thrift, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anymore

This place used to be great, not anymore. Now you should only go if you have 30 minutes to wait in line to check out. They have plenty of workers, but none of them take initiative to check folks out. It looks like they are not washing items anymore. I found all kinds of soiled clothes. The dressing rooms are closed and they do not taken anything back. Also their prices are more like goodwill than the way they used to.

I have donated tons of stuff to this store over the past 9 years. I had a horrible experience a few years ago where they doubled charged me and it caused another payment to be returned and cost me a service charge fee on top of that, for their mistake! I quit going for a while. I was there 2 days ago looking for clothes to paint in. I took tags off and washed them ( Made them smell 100% better). Then when l put them on the top was too small and the pants were too long. I still have my recipe plus it has only been 2 days. I wanted to exchange them for something I could wear. Because the tags were off l could not exchange. So stupid we are not buying designer clothes here. Retail stores take stuff for exchange with recipes. I guess they are just too lazy to manually enter a return and put a tag back on. I will never donate there or go there again!

Huge selection of clothing for men, women and kids at great thrift shop prices. Even better, they run frequent sales. Monday's are the best - all blue tag items are $0.99 plus an extra 50% off yellow tag items. Shoe selection is only so so. Housewares section is as expected and I love thrift store housewares! Pretty decent furniture selection too. It's in my top 5 of favorite thrift stores in the city for sure.
