rude and lazy employees. don’t accept exchanges/returns on sale days apparently even though that is stated NOWHERE. wasted my time driving out here. there are better thrift stores around memphis.
We never have enough time to REALLY SHOP at this incredible thrift store. This... is by far... Our Favorite place to shop!
Haven’t been here except once before some years ago. I went yesterday because a girl did a TikTok on the good finds she found here. I was in here for an hour looking because that’s how much stuff they had. I would have been in here longer if I didn’t have somewhere to go. Love this so much better than Goodwill. Will be back.
I wasn't sure what to rate this place. There is a lot of stuff for sure. What I don't like about this place is they put some things out that should be put in the trash. But what is just wrong is they sell these items, you're not allowed to try anything on, and you can't be refunded once you've taken it home to try it on. That's not right. They need a better return policy if they're not going to allow people to see if they even like it because you can't tell just by looking at it in thr hanger.
We buy alot of our 4yr old daughter's clothes here at great prices for a kid that's growing. Good selection of kids clothes. My husband has also found great bargains on dress clothes for work. However, their customer service is awful. Very unfriendly staff.
I had a great experience here! I got a lot of great clothes and scrubs for thrift prices. Even things that had a higher tag rang up low at the register. Everyone was nice. The only thing is the no dressing rooms. I’m not buying pants I can’t try on.
This store has shown a few improvements since I've been shopping over the past few years. They've switched around the clothing sections and have them laid out pretty well. FYI They don't have fitting rooms open anymore and their bathrooms require a key to use. They love to announce that they're closing the store 45 minutes EARLY. They have frequent big sales store wide! Also DON'T buy furniture here bc if you buy it then you hold it and tell them to hold it for a day, they LOSE IT after we had it held
Employees are great but they have no fitting rooms, so I only bought two tank tops that I knew would fit me and shoes. No pants, shorts or dresses. I'd love to shop here more but isn't worth a trip unless I happen to be in the area.
We found a lot of things here!! I wish I could’ve purchased more but some of the items were overpriced. They have a lot of things to choose from! It’s a big store and I saw they have special sale days and color tickets that will be 50% off !
First of all the store prices are way to high for second hand clothes. Like $ 27.00 for a used pair of mens jeans. Second theres no fitting room to try on anything before you buy it. Third the staff is very misleading when they are asked directly about their return policy. I spent $130 on 4 pairs of men's jeans that we could not try on before purchasing. I asked before buying them if I could return them should they not fit. I was told I could as long as I had a receipt. So I bought them to take home and try on. They did not fit. Now I'm told that I can't return anything only exchange. The customer service sucks to say the least!
