Great food here. Services was good and had a nice atmosphere as well 10/10 would recommend!
I sat at the bar and I usually have great service here at Chili's but something happened. I went with a friend and everything was fine until I tried to close out. The bartender disappeared for a good 15 minutes and I see about six employees sitting by the stairs. I waved and tried to get anyone's attention and they ignored me. That's absolutely ridiculous. When the bartender did return, he somehow failed to just look forward and check-in on his guests. Be ready for poor service because this didn't make any sense. (Should I have just walked out to get someone's attention?)
All thought we had to wait 15-20 and my order wasn't cooked the way I wanted it. The server had the cook to retire the order and the manager took the meal off of our bill. So that was very professional and nice of them and the meal was amazing and stayed in with my Keto/no carb diet the calorie was only 360👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🤗🤗🤗
I never rate places 1 star, but steer clear of this location. Our table was sticky, the cups were dirty and greasy, and the food was sub-par. The only thing good about my experience was the server's helpfulness. I will never eat at this location again.
The service was pretty average. The waitress was cool not gonna lie, but the waiter was pretty nonchalant. All that doesn’t matter to me for real, they just wanna do they job at the end of the day and I understand that part. That’s not why I’m writing this review. I’m writing this review because I WANT TO WARN YALL! DONT EVER ORDER THE CHIPOTLE MEXICAN BOWL PLEASE! The rice was like the microwave jawn, beens stale, cheese was nasty. ewwwww! It was so bad when I ate it I actually was gonna throw up. I’m not being dramatic. I got a strong stomach and I grew up poor so I’m not picky about food at all. But when I tell y’all I felt like I got Covid from eating that bowl smh. The review is just about that bowl they need to take it off the menu.
This past Saturday (10/11/25), while me and my family were in the city, I decided to take them to this Chili's location. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind and welcoming. We've eaten at several places in Center City and this was by far the best in terms of comfortability, cleanliness, and food quality. I'm not much of a reviewer, so my writing this speaks to the level of enjoyment myself and my whole family felt. Our server was very attentive and funny, making sure our courses all came out at a good time and were hot. The manager even came over to check in on us, and made time to speak with everyone else in the dining room. The atmosphere was lively and fun without being too loud or obnoxious. And, of course, our food was all cooked to perfection. I got a medium rare 10 oz Guiltless Sirloin which was fantastic! We'll definitely be back!
manager treats black people differently than other customers and is very disrespectful. it’s 2026 , do better.
Food was good server was overwhelmed. My main problem is the food runners slamming food down and the spoons being literally in the lava cake. Literally my food touched table when food runner delivered food, horrible. Train staff to deliver food properly.
Milan had the best customer service I’ve seen in years. Always did her duties but also was talking with me all night. Seriously the best bar tender I’ve had in Philly while visiting.
Food came out fairly quickly. Drinks were made efficiently and weren't too strong or too watery. I sat at the bar and was served almost immediately.
