We were a little worried considering the less then four star review but we were pleasantly surprised. Originally there was a 40 min wait but we were seated in twenty. The hostess and waitress were very polite and friendly. We ordered burghers and Santa Fe salad, all were delicious. Service was fast, food was good and waitress was friendly. Bill was $55 before tip which was decent esp in the middle of downtown. Sorry no pics, we were hungry.
I’ve come to this establishment multiple times for a take out order and no one is ever behind the pick up counter. I have to sit and wait extra just for someone to check and give me my order after I have ordered online 1/2hr before and receive msg when it’s ready. Someone should be behind there or helping someone back there.
This is the worst Chili's I've ever been to. I've ordered to-go items here a handful of times and EVERY single time the order is wrong. Today I ordered the California club with no cheese and no tomato, extra cilantro pesto mayo. Instead of extra, I received none (not even on the sandwich). But you know what they did include? You got it! Cheese and tomato. It's phenomenal that they consistently get this wrong. Also here's a picture of the avocado and bacon that came on top.. a sliver and a slice. 👌
12/10/22 UPDATE I ordered from here through Uber eats because I had a coupon. I got the boneless wings, which I love. I added on a half a slab of Texas rub ribs, big mistake. They were dry and tasteless! There was no way they seasoned these before they cooked them. The corn on the cob was good as usual. I won't order the ribs anymore, I'll just stick to the wings. I usually get the ribs and corn on the cob for takeout. I hate their sauce so I use my own, but the ribs are tender.
We were moved to another table with a lying excuse.WE inform the GM and she was puzzled as to why we were moved and we sat there 30 mins without being offered a glass of water. We believe because of the children they were a little loud. But the GM gave us a free appetizer and a meal. I will try another place...sorry
Everything could be ok, but one person of our group didn’t get his food for a very long time.
Mac and cheese was very dry like it was sitting out for a while and the chicken tenders were raw in the middle ... I also had the fajitas and they were so spicy I couldn't taste the flavor of my meal . Not returning .
Great lunch specials that were perfect for a family of 4. Love the variety and the customer service was good. Would definitely go back. My girls enjoyed the nachos and the burgers
