It was such a nice vibe there! Our waitress was seriously so fun and super friendly. And let's not even get started on the food – it was amazing!
Chili’s Grill & Bar is always one of my favorite casual dining restaurant chain. I stopped by this location and unfortunately they were short of employees. The wait was a little long and I waited about 20 minutes to have a seat. They should hire more people because every customer doesn’t have enough patience for waiting. I ordered one of their popular deal “3 For Me”. I chose drink, the bowl of original chili soup and cajun shrimp pasta. Everything was so delicious and very good. I ordered again and second time I chose drink, house salad and classic sirloin with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. All of them were tasty and very well cooked. The service was good and I knew the waitress did her best. She was the only server in the restaurant and very nice and polite host guy helped her when he got a chance. The restaurant was very clean including restroom. The atmosphere was ok, no complaints at all. I hope next time when I go back there, they will have enough employees.
Our server was inexperienced and it showed. She forgot to ask if we wanted appetizers and refills. The food and atmosphere were good. We were very hungry when we stopped by and were seated quickly despite being a four top in a busy time.
Second time I’ve ordered the quesadilla explosion salad from this location through DoorDash and the store gave me ranch instead of the citrus balsamic dressing that it comes with. The salad is supposed to come with citrus balsamic dressing and I left it checked and did not change from that. They just gave me ranch for a second time just for fun I guess? I don’t know what would bring them to decide hmmm let me give this person ranch for fun. It doesn’t even come with ranch 😭 I made no changes or special orders to the salad 😭 now I have a salad I can’t eat that I paid for
I had a really nice server unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was very attentive and the food & drink was great especially with it being my first time ever. I got the old timer with cheese & the flamingo freeze margarita & like I said it was pretty good! Definitely recommend but parking is a little tricky.
I can't believe I'm saying this but this has to be one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever been through. After being seated, our table did not have any napkins, utensils, or seasonings. We were handed menus and after 30 minutes of waiting we had to flag down someone working there who mentioned they "forgot about us" and gave us a second server. We didn't get any chips and salsa even after previously mentioning it to our first server and when our second server came to take our orders again, she seemed to be extremely new and overworked as she didn't have any notepad or asked us how we would like the steak to be cooked. We never received the appetizer we ordered as the kitchen completely forgot to make it as well. Once our food arrived, the food was okay but we constantly had to flag down staff because we had numerous issues with the food as the orders were incorrect but our server never seemed to be around, once again seemingly overworked. When we finally got our appetizer, it was the wrong size and at that point we just had enough and left. The server was apologetic and tried to accommodate but it definitely seemed like the kitchen was useless, the staff were inattentive, and the accomodations were lacking, even for just a run of the mill chain restaurant where we didn't expect anything above and beyond. When you lack even the bare necessities to have a functioning restaurant, how do you expect your team to thrive?
We landed in Philly fairly late so needed to grab some food quickly whilst we were visiting for the World Cup. We have seen Chili's on TikTok and wanted to try it. 2 of us had the triple dipper and 1 had Fajita's. We were all very happy with the food and the drink selection. Great atmosphere as they had the 'Soccer' on the televisions. Waiting staff were lovely and prices were fair.
Went to Chillies with my children the other day and let me tell you—everything was on point. The food was sizzling, fresh, and full of flavor. From the shrimp to the beef, every bite was fire. Great vibes, great service. We’ll definitely be back.
Was craving the triple dipper. Food was good and fresh. Fries could be better but overall decent experience for a chain in the city.
How is this even remotely acceptable? Then to leave me on hold is even more ridiculous Edit: Don’t expect any recourse for a messed up order. They just point you to their useless website.
