The waitress was nice, the food was excellent and it was good service, especially since it was wrestlemania weekend.

Nice atmosphere it is conviently located in the heart of downtown across the Philadelphia Marriott downtown. It is a few minutes walk to the hard rock cafe. They have deals like 3for $10/1. It took a while for my food to come out but my waitress was amazing. It was her first day but she kept up with me and check back with the kitchen to make sure my food was done. She apologized for the inconvenience and had a smile on her face. She made sure she didn't forget me.

I will say I was so shocked and surprised because I can’t remember the last time I even been to chilis . I am so glad I went here . The food was so amazing the customer service was elite , the atmosphere was so calming . I was so nervous walking up because the line was out the door . My heart sunk when I seen it . The wait time was nothing that I thought it was going to be . You can tell the manager is good to his employees. It’s rare you come across a restaurant with great service and great food and a clean calm setting . My waiter was sooooo amazing . He gave great suggestions everything he suggested I got and was oh so good ! It felt I was having food for the first time ! My taste buds were in food heaven ! The food was so fresh hot and delicious. Don’t let the location fool you . This restaurant is everything I said it was . All of the employees had great attitudes . Every customer I seen while there left happy and satisfied. The tv volume was great , idk it was so blissful honestly. I highly recommend you check them out ! I had the wings with the chipotle sauce omg so so so amazing! I had the smash burger but I added lettuce and sautéed onions with pickles and put some ketchup on it myself . When I say so mouth watering ! I did the 3 for me and it was worth it . I also got the chips and salsa and added the queso sauce…… you will NOT be disappointed! I whole heartedly mean this . I am a foodie and I’m telling you it’s worth it . The menu isn’t super overpriced either . Fresh fries also omg . Please go check them out .

Walked here from a nearby hotel to place a take-out order. The first employee came to the take-out counter in a reasonable time and handled the orders that were ready before going to grab someone else to take mine. Other customers arrived, and it took a bit longer than it should have for the same employee to eventually come back to handle the new people that came in and realize that nobody else ever showed up to take my order. Once I finally placed my order, I waited just outside the door, where an annoying security device repeatedly commanded me to leave before telling me that it had notified security and eventually the police. Got back to my hotel with my order to realize that, out of a two item order, the bacon chicken ranch quesadilla didn't have the ranch it is named for. After taking the short walk back to grab some, the overall food quality was about 8 out of 10 when compared to getting the same order from numerous other Chili's locations.

Great place to eat. My wife and I went there and enjoyed ourselves, the waitress was great, quick with the food and the portion way very large. I had to take food home. Plus I had a sip from the huge bar, drinks everywhere We had a great time. I suggest everybody go there a least once

Nasty! my food was raw the chicken the middle of my southwestern rolls was cold and burgers was red in middle. I would never suggest this location to eat. Meanwhile I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get my money back. Staff nice chef Trash any hour of the day

This Chili’s location was actually pretty good for my first visit. I was a little skeptical at first, but the management and customer service really stood out. We had a nice time out yesterday. While I wasn’t happy with the quality of the food initially, they fixed the issue right away, which I truly appreciated. Management checked on us personally and made sure everything was handled correctly. The server was very kind and patient, and our food came out extremely fast, within about 5 minutes of ordering, which I’ve honestly never experienced at a restaurant before. Because of how everything was handled, I’d definitely be open to coming back.

We ordered 2 “medium-rare” steaks and see below for what we received! Not even close to medium. We have been taking out food from this Chili’s at least twice a month in the last six months, used to give five stars but this time gotta give a one star for the quality for food. Our last order a month ago, a salad was missing, too. This location is very convenient for center city residents and we love most of their food, just that it’s really disappointing recently.

The staff were very friendly and the service was pretty fast. It's close to a lot of hotels and shopping. The food was good and Chili's prices were good too, so that was a plus. Overall, it was a good experience. Try the wings, mac and cheese, and ribs!

First time trying Chili’s and it’s a good place! I mostly went to try the famous mozzarella sticks. I had the triple dipper (wings, mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders) my favorite thing was the amazing mozzarella sticks I could taste a good cheese quality! I also tried the burger and honestly it was a no for me the meat had no flavor and the bread wasn’t buttery, I would rate this place a 7.5/10 The service was okay a little long due to being very busy but other from that a good experience!
