Me and my disabled mother just came from watching my brother get sentenced to 25 years, and she buried my other brother 2 days prior. We were asked to leave before even being served, no reason given. The manager just kept saying "we'll do this tomorrow". Top management to staff were rude, they made a tough time for us tougher and embarrassed my mother. If I wasn't raised right, id have made a scene. Fortunately I have more class then the guy who asked us to leave and wouldn't provide a valid reason.
very good place. I havent eat anything I went just for drink.. They did have just colored beers.. and tiny ones too.. which sucks basicly... but that food place , I get it.
Pathetic customer service. We reached the restaurant at 9.31 PM. The wait staff told as that they close dine in at 9.30. I asked them if they can accommodate us since we have a kid and since it’s snowing, finding another restaurant might take more time. But they said the cook has already closed the kitchen and packed the cooking ingredients. I told them it’s hard to understand how the cook did all this within just a minute. We even said that we’ve already decided what to get and wouldn’t take time to order. But they were just not ready to budge. Really unfriendly staff!!
Really easy to split the bill on the ipads. The tall Hispanic server who served was so amazingly nice. We had 4 margaritas wings a salad with chips and guac. The ipads made it so so easy to pay loved them so easy to SPLIT THE BILL.
Very laid back place Strawberry Lemonade was great and my food was good and waitress was phenomenal didn't use a note pad to take the orders

The business closes at 10 pm. I walked in at 9:52 and stated that I knew they were about to close but I just needed a quick easy Togo order. The bartender went to find the Togo person, then the manager came out and said they weren’t serving anymore even though it wasn’t actually their closing time. Despite me offering to order whatever they had in the hot hold wells (soup, rice, black beans, etc), the manager doubled down, telling me the kitchen was closed and already clean and he wasn’t going to serve me. He went and locked the doors so nobody else would walk in. I’ve never seen anything quite like it, especially with a bartop full of customers. I travel here and stay at the Marriott every 2-3 weeks and usually come in twice per visit. I will never come back. Absolutely unacceptable service.
Amazing experience from walking in the door 20 minute wait, that’s ok, it was extremely busy Party of 4, service was excellent all around Hostess, our waiters Kaitlyn,waitress, food server, atmosphere Food was superb 5 stars all around We will be back
