We placed two online orders, it said it was ready for pick up. One was ready, one never came out. Staff went back to check for it and they would just disappear, we waited maybe 35-40 minutes and no luck. No one at the pick up counter, bartender brushed us off, and no one would pick up the phone when we called to cancel. Either staff for to go orders, or stop accepting them. Please.
JUST CLOSE THE WHILE ENTIRE BUSINESS DOWN!!! Horrible never again! They really closed Applebee’s and Fridays down just to leave Chili’s!!!! The hostess was on the phone, the whole entire time FaceTime, and taking pictures, the food was semi-warm, and the staff was just very very relaxed at the job. I am highly disappointed. I will never bring my kids here ever again!!! The waiter. I had she was perfect. She did her job, but everybody else around her was just too comfortable for me. Don’t go here!!!
I just visited on President's Day after a long day of work I ordered food to take home. I ordered a full rack of ribs and the fajita trio. I live in Germantown PA so I drove all the way back home from downtown and discovered that I had no tortilla shells in with my fajita order. I called to inform the manager and he said that they will be sending me a gift certificate to make up for my incomplete order. And now I am into the next week and no email or coupon. The weight was really horrible and it was overall an unpleasant experience. My order was unfulfilled. No follow up on the promise that was made to me by the manager. For myself. this shows lack of care and good business. If I were you I would just pick some place entirely different
Came here a few days ago with some good friends for lunch! It was 3 of us bros and we really enjoyed it a lot. We got a nice cozy booth and got to chill away from our tyrant boss at the office. I got the old timer burger, and my friends Connor and nick got the chicken crispers . Everything came out quick and hot! We will most definitely be returning here again soon !

I usually go here with my best friend, we typically have average or lower than average experiences at this location. But our most recent experience was lovely! Khalil was our lovely server and was so sweet and we would go back just to have him as our server. The manager Antoine is also very welcoming and friendly, and treats all his customers with kindness and respect and makes sure everyone is receiving good and proper service. we had chips and salsa, southwestern eggrolls, molten lava cake, and some margs and a tito’s punch. tito’s punch is now one of my favorites! as someone who has previously worked at a chilis location as a server and who’s currently one, this is exactly what you want in a restaurant. keep it up! :)
Ordered the Alex's Santa Fe Burger thru door dash. The burger was COMPLETELY raw and pink in the inside. Unhealthy. According to Chili's menu "consuming undercooked meat may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Unfortunately I don't live in Philadelphia and now have to spend another $30+ on food because of uncooked burger from Chilis
Amazing service and food now! In 2024, this Chilis never had enough servers and the wait to be seated was always crazy. Now in 2026, this Chili’s is great. The service here is amazing, and the food comes out quickly. Our waiters have also been super nice and knowledgeable. Chilis food is also very filling and great prices too. The pick 3 for me portion of the menu is where you’ll find the best deals. This location is pretty spacious for a restaurant downtown, so there are lots of seating options. If you haven’t visited for a few years, I’d say give this location another try!
I went here with a group of 9 on a weeknight. Service was very slow and food was not good but the staff were friendly. My Arnold Palmer tasted very watered down and they forgot to bring my fries. The dessert (cookie with ice cream) was pretty good though. This was my first time at a Chili’s so I can’t compare with other locations.
