Just wanted to say that the manager Antione is very professional. I came to pick up an order and I noticed him and a young lady preparing to seat a large party and he did everything quick and organized yet he still took time out to acknowledge me and my needs. He also made sure to get my order although he had a lot to do. Great job for a young man!
Dropped down to 2 stars. My friend and I ordered different beers and they tasted foul. Something was definitely off about both.
Went to order takeout today and there was a long wait before I was even greeted. The person who took my order seemed annoyed to even assist anyone and I waited even longer to get my food. Once I got my food and walked less than a block away I checked the bag and noticed the food was thrown all over the bag and not even packaged in the container properly. Got to my office and took a bite of a French Fry that tasted like cleaning products. Had to throw away my order after all of that. Will NEVER visit this location again.
I love going here! The staff and food we're great and there was no wait time. The nachos we're so so good!!!

I’ve come to this establishment multiple times for a take out order and no one is ever behind the pick up counter. I have to sit and wait extra just for someone to check and give me my order after I have ordered online 1/2hr before and receive msg when it’s ready. Someone should be behind there or helping someone back there.
We were a little worried considering the less then four star review but we were pleasantly surprised. Originally there was a 40 min wait but we were seated in twenty. The hostess and waitress were very polite and friendly. We ordered burghers and Santa Fe salad, all were delicious. Service was fast, food was good and waitress was friendly. Bill was $55 before tip which was decent esp in the middle of downtown. Sorry no pics, we were hungry.
This is the worst Chili's I've ever been to. I've ordered to-go items here a handful of times and EVERY single time the order is wrong. Today I ordered the California club with no cheese and no tomato, extra cilantro pesto mayo. Instead of extra, I received none (not even on the sandwich). But you know what they did include? You got it! Cheese and tomato. It's phenomenal that they consistently get this wrong. Also here's a picture of the avocado and bacon that came on top.. a sliver and a slice. 👌
