I went there on 9/27/25 for dinner. Sat at table 23. Everything was nothing short of amazing. My server John was so pleasant the food was amazing. I haven’t been there in years due to my last experience there. But this time was nothing like that. The staff was friendly everything came out fast and hot and very good. My time was 6:40 pm for my bill. I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely be back. Thanks again for an amazing service and awesome food.

Our server Tara was AMAZING!! , she was so sweet and quick with our order despite having a long day, Had us check out these margs were SO good, definitely worth it ….. Thank you Tara for the amazing night definitely stopping by again!!

Never been to a chilis, likely never will now. I don’t know why it’s so hard to accept a party in advance. You won’t even let me put a name down on the phone so I don’t have to wait. Instead, you force the whole party to be there, WAITING in your lobby. The logic here makes no sense.
Ordered food online. Was told it was ready at 8:19. Asked multiple times where the food is and they said it’s coming. At 9pm they admitted that they never actually checked and now have to make the food. Terrible customer service!
I asked for a table of 3 and when we got seated and my 2 friends sat down they kicked my friend out because they said that i asked for a table for 2. Horrible service also refused my friend from ordering
Some character development you need to know going into this story— I love Chilis. My friend Brian loves Chilis. My other friend and I have a pact that if he gets his $1M settlement from his job he will buy me chicken crispers (I love chicken crispers) and in return I will get him a drink (prob higher value than chicken crispers, yes). I forgot why this is applicable. Anyways service here kinda mid. Chilis on a good day is like a 4 star experience. Chilis on a Philly kinda day in the wee hours of November kinda a two star. Sometimes they be sayin 1h wait and its 30m (woohoo!), sometimes they be saying 1h wait and its 1.5h (boohoo!). Anyways... It's not you Chili's, it's me. ME, the acronym.
