The whole staff is nice and friendly understandable and they deliver your medicine on time they will text you to let you know when it’s time for your refills
What a great service! I’ll never miss standing in line at CVS only to be told I’d have to come back or go to another location. Capsule is the way to get prescriptions!
Capsule was awesome when they first came to Atlanta but they've slipped. They no longer offer same day delivery. Worse yet they used to have multiple options per day for delivery but now only have two delivery times.
Capsule is amazing all employees here regarding customer service have always been courtesy and kind that New York love. I wouldn’t trade this pharmacy for any other because of the customer service I received and it’s been that way for almost two years. I loveeee Capsule Thank you Capsule family
I’m scared to tell anyone how much I love this pharmacy because I want them to stay amazing and not become overwhelmed. Seriously. Gold star service. The app, the ability to text for help, I LOVE this pharmacy. They’ve spoiled me for all other prescription filling options.
I looovvvvveeee capsule!!! The best customer service ever! They bring my rx right to my door, free delivery. They handle everything when it comes to needing a PA or refill. If you’re not using capsule you are missing out!
I was on the phone with the delivery driver she turned off of the road so she couldn't find the apartment number I told her she has to get back on the road and follow it the GPS takes her directly to my building she gets to my building she calls me I tell her she has to come down the steps I'm outside waiting for her never comes down the steps I go up the steps I see no cars at all I don't understand how she's telling me she's at my building and I see no cars 2 minutes later I get a message stating that there's a problem she can't find my apartment I called the number I sit on hold I get to somebody I try to explain I get hung up on call back try to explain again I get hung up on this is the absolute worst customer service and these drivers literally make up anything just to avoid doing their job the medication that I'm supposed to be receiving is blood pressure medication and it's extremely necessary and now I have to wait until I don't know when because of course it's 6:54 and they close at 7:00 mind you when I started calling it was 6:50 and they just keep hanging up absolutely worst service ever
Originally I LOVED this concept & pharmacy when I began using it a year ago… but things are changing, & now I’m having trouble getting my prescriptions in time. Only complaints are: • Very difficult to get ahold of someone via phone. • Can’t change your delivery day/time once scheduled… or at least I can’t figure out how to and I’m tech savvy. • There’s an automatic $5 tip added to the delivery now — you can adjust it, but I can barely afford my meds + health insurance at the moment, and now I feel guilty not being able to add the suggested tip amount. • Delivery times used to provide multiple slots per day — but they’ve decreased the slots to only a couple options (Aka changed the availabile delivery times,) and I’m having trouble working in my refill deliveries with my schedule. Thus, I’ve had to transfer my prescriptions to a nearby pharmacy to get them filled & pick them up. It’s a bummer, because the delivery method made my life a lot more easier before & I wasn’t falling behind on my meds. Now it’s just a hassle.
