Do you love not standing in line at some drab pharmacy with a bunch of coughing, sneezing, infectious people only to be greeted by some unhappy, under paid, over worked pharmacy technician that can’t get ahold of your insurance? If so, then give capsule a try. They send pertinent reminders, make is super easy to fill and refill RX’s, work with your provider and take you out of the middle. Get your stuff to you on time when it’s convenient for you. I was skeptical at first…”delivery of my RX within 2 hours TO MY DOOR for the same price? Yeah right” … it’s true y’all! They definitely took the traditional pharmacy experience and elevated it to a modern, tech inspired approach. It is the Netflix to Blockbuster. The Uber to taxi cabs. TikTok to MySpace. Love it.

Capsule is TOPTIER! I had been jumping through hoops to get my medication and Capsule called the my old pharmacy and took care of everything! Everyone I spoke to was so nice and just went above and beyond. Not mention I love the delivery and packaging when delivered

She was personable and thorough and even called within a couple of hours of me signing up with Capsule. She helped me complete my profile and answered all of my questions with ease. She’s the best!
For capsule to be tech innovation they really offer personalized care. I had a lot of questions, switched cities, switched doctors and just a lot. Lena took the time to help me navigate those issues. When my frustration had me ready to quit, Lena really saved the day and my relationship with Capsule. The pharmacist is Atlanta was very responsive and worked with Lena to find a solution for me. Lena asked me questions along the way and made really feel like I was partner in my care. I love Capsule!
Great for first delivery. After a month they only had 2 days a week and 2 times to deliver. Kept telling me to drive to downtown atlanta if I didn’t want to wait a week for my meds I was out of. Such ridiculous customer service. They do not have the staff or business to supply correct service to our area. They stressed me out every month trying to get my meds. Pass unless you only need a random prescription.
Finally had my first bad experience with capsule. I was waiting outside for my meds and the driver pulled up and then immediately left. A few minutes later, I got a text saying no one was there to sign for the meds. The driver drove to me and left immediately with no explanation and one of my meds needed to be refrigerated so hopefully when I reschedule my delivery, the medication is not compromised. It was only 5pm on a Thursday so I really don't understand why they couldn't make him circle back or send someone else. I work from home so my only physical task of the day was to go outside and get my meds and they SKIPPED ME, then blamed me! 😂🤬 I am not pleased with this driver. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else
2 months in a row they have been unable to deliver my prescriptions at the scheduled time, only notifying me after the delivery window had expired. Leaving without a critical daily medication. They are unreliable and should not be depended on for anything critical.
I was really excited to try to capsule. In this day and age to be able to be so many things remote and to add pharmacy to that list? Awesome. Well great in concept. Poor in delivery. First prescription gets sent over, I know it’s going to need pre-with from insurance to fill. I can’t reach anyone. I message through the app. No response. All of the sudden a day later, a text telling me I need pre-auth. Duh. Then as a pharmacy they have the audacity to refuse to fill a prescription unless the doctor writes it for a specific diagnosis code. If my doctor decides something is right for me and my insurance is covering, how is the pharmacy to step in and refuse to fill, unless of course I wanted to pay cash price…. Definitely won’t be filling any prescriptions through them after this.
