I was very stressed out do to an error made by my insurance company. I called Capsule and spoke with the representative by the name of Heaven. She provided the best customer service I received in a long time! She was patient. She was kind she answered all of my questions.!! Thank you, Heaven for your excellent customer service!!?
Since I switched my family to Capsule, everything has been done with ease in its entirety! Fast, communicative, friendly, AND I DON’T HAVE TO LEAVE MY HOUSE… how can I possibly as for more… I wouldn’t if I could.. and couldn’t even if I tried! Please stop lying to your customers. My order was not completed because no one was home to accept the delivery. I was home. The driver got frustrated with rush-hour traffic and decided to just cancel the order. I was tracking the order the whole time and the driver was 8 minutes away when the delivery got cancelled. Please keep in mind that you are dealing with people's medications. Do better and stop lying!
I have used Capsule pharmacy extensively and can say hands down I have received wonderful services always! I send a message and the team answers me immediately. My medication comes hand delivered and every carrier has been very courteous and friendly. Again, from my experiences I do highly recommend them. Their main offices are located in NYC. Thank you again Capsule Team for always looking out!
In today's age where you can't get good service this place ROCKS! Amazing service and even better communication!! My first delivery was delayed. I was so frustrated and replied to the text expecting a no reply. Surprisingly I got a text back and found out the poor delivery driver had car trouble. Then the online reschedule was split across days so I texted again. And again I got a live person and a helpful response and great service. Capsule just goes above and beyond. And i really really appreciate the prompt communication. Outstanding service!
This is the best pharmacy I've ever used! Quick efficient and you don't have to leave your house. I'm glad I found this hidden gem and highly recommend everyone give them a chance I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. You can call or better yet use the chat option in the app so it's very easy to get in touch with someone and they are always friendly. I won't use any other pharmacy but Capsule since I've started using them!!!! ❣️❣️❣️
I was so happy to see this ad pop up. I had been worried about getting my medications because I had ran out. The process was quick and when I had a question, I called customer service and they answered everything and told me exactly what I needed. The app is slightly confusing, yet you can text them. I received a response within 20 mins. After I put in the request to transfer my medications, I received a text stating I could schedule a delivery. Everything was highlighted and I got to select a time. Shockingly, I could get the same day. Capsule has taking away the stress on how to get the medications I need. And the best parts. they will transfer the meds for you and your insurance copay stays the same. And the delivery is free! A great service that I will recommend
I tried to get my prescription filled through Capsule via Teledoc. I chose capsule because they said I could have my meds same day. When I got the prescription to fill they said it wouldn’t be available for 3 days. After an hr on the phone with a new pharmacy and Dr office I was able to get my prescription released from capsule (bc it was showing ass filled through them even though I did not) all the while never hearing back from Capsule. The last thing you want to do when you’re sick is deal with the janky unreliable delivery service they promote.
I love Capsule! I had been with CVS for years but when my employer changed my insurance I had to find another pharmacy and Capsule was in my network. I chose them because they're across the street from where I live but I've found it is more than just their location that works for me. First off, free delivery! And, without trying to sound lazy, they even deliver to me across the street! On top of that, they have wonderful customer service, are proactive and prompt with their communications, and they are so sweet! They literally sign off their texts with Love, Capsule. I love them!
I'm transferring my medications back to CVS. I recommend using Capsule only if you have no other options. However, major chains like CVS also offer mail delivery services, so Capsule shouldn't be your first choice. Capsule provides poor, inconsistent generic medications with different manufacturers every refill. Their pharmacists engage in gaslighting, and their 'same day' delivery is clearly misleading. When trying to transfer medications from Capsule, they lie and claim they never received the request from the other pharmacy. Save yourself the headache.
