As a disabled American Capsule is one of the most innovative levelers; let us all be able to buy what we need without having a car, or paying for an Uber or a Lyft. Prescription drugs, ordered by your physician, sent to your Pharmacy & delivered to your home, as I sit in my wheelchair.
Well I was excited for the concept, just poor execution so far. 2nd delivery never came, stayed home all day on my off day. 😒 a bit annoyed. No biggy, stuff happens so I called Monday morning to tell them... delivery driver reported that no one was home who can sign for package... no, lol, they never showed up. That is false. And this is why I will transfer my medicine back to traditional pharmacy until another company comes out... its one thing to not show up, it's a whole nother thing to lie. 2 star because customer service is friendly when you call, otherwise it'd be a 1. Edit** they also missed the 2nd delivery
The whole staff is nice and friendly understandable and they deliver your medicine on time they will text you to let you know when it’s time for your refills
Capsule was awesome when they first came to Atlanta but they've slipped. They no longer offer same day delivery. Worse yet they used to have multiple options per day for delivery but now only have two delivery times.
Capsule is amazing all employees here regarding customer service have always been courtesy and kind that New York love. I wouldn’t trade this pharmacy for any other because of the customer service I received and it’s been that way for almost two years. I loveeee Capsule Thank you Capsule family
I’m scared to tell anyone how much I love this pharmacy because I want them to stay amazing and not become overwhelmed. Seriously. Gold star service. The app, the ability to text for help, I LOVE this pharmacy. They’ve spoiled me for all other prescription filling options.
I looovvvvveeee capsule!!! The best customer service ever! They bring my rx right to my door, free delivery. They handle everything when it comes to needing a PA or refill. If you’re not using capsule you are missing out!
Stay away. This pharmacy started me on prescriptions for Wegovy for 3 months and then told me they were no longer able to get me my next month's dosages blaming it on manufacturer shortages. I contact manufacturer and there is no shortage of the doses I needed. Now I am out of medication and need to find another source. Very unprofessional. Wegovy is a drug you must continue to stay on.
