Very disappointed!! My initial order was for a very common drug that they "cannot get from their distributor, but will gladly fill my other orders". Makes zero sense, why go to another pharmacy for one prescription? I've never encountered this with ANY pharmacy. They claim "free delivery", but automatically charge $5 on every order listed as a "tip".
Be careful with Capsule. My first couple of deliveries went fine but the third one had problems with delivery and they overcharged me. Even after they had correctly charged me prior to delivery, they reversed the charge and then processed a second payment which was about 5$ more than what was owed. I have been waiting for them to reply to my customer service inquiry. Funny how when it comes to money they don't reply as quickly. 😒 Also, my delivery driver went to the wrong apartment and had me walk over there to get my bag. I found that to be unprofessional.

i’ve been using capsule for years now since living in new york and now in atlanta. they’re the absolute best! with medication and pharmacies being so complicated, they make the process so much easier. they’re communicative and always available. they also communicate with providers which is so helpful. also, with medication and gas being so expensive, they’re able to deliver free of charge. i happily tip the drivers, of course. thanks Capsule! i’ll be using y’all till the end of time :)
If you are tired of standing in a long line or waiting an unreasonable amount of time to pick up a prescription, I highly recommend using the home delivery service thru Capsule Pharmacy. The service is the best and in most cases you get your prescribed medication the same day, delivered by very friendly couriers. I will never use a traditional pharmacy again after using Capsule!
I ordered from Capsule a couple of times, everything went smooth but I cannot stop worrying about tampering, specially these days. I know people who don’t order from them for this concern, the bag comes with one small tamper seal, but that’s not enough to make it tamper proof. They should either add another seal at the handle and bottom of the bag, and/or provide a sealed prescription bottle. Security and safety should be priority number one when providing prescription meds.
This pharmacy used to offer a great service: conveniently delivered medication. Now, deliveries are unavailable. I had an urgent delivery scheduled to be delivered, but it wasn't. I received an after hours message instructing me to reschedule at the first available time 3 days later. There is no one available to talk to via phone. If you desire to get your medications promptly, this service will fail you every time.
Wow! I have loved making the switch to capsule! They have been able to get all of my prescriptions processed and to my front door quickly. I can’t imagine getting my prescriptions from anywhere else moving forward. Their pharmacist Stephanie is also very helpful and answers all my questions, she’s NEXT LEVEL when it comes to pharmacists!
Where has this pharmacy been all my life? I love it!! They deliver to my home or office and the people are so nice and helpful. So different from the retail store pharmacies. Capsule treats you like you are their #1 customer.
