I love Capsule! Am not able to drive right now, so it’s incredibly convenient. Every delivery person without exception has been friendly and courteous. The staff who handle the app always get right back to me, and are super helpful. AND they always come on time! Surprised no one has thought of delivering meds before.
Don’t use capsule. They canceled my medication delivery after the drop off time and said I have to schedule for the next day. I recently had a back injury and was depending on this medication to help me sleep through the pain. I will never recommend capsule to anybody and will be asking my doctor to stop recommending them. If you’re able to- just go to cvs or Walgreens and save yourself the headache/ pain.
They're amazing. Go ahead and switch now. I had to battle Publix every single time I needed my prescriptions filled. Capsule is SO easy. They have a very user friendly app, they send text reminders and they DELIVER IT TO YOUR DOOR! I love them. They make my life easier.
I love how responsive Capsule is! Their delivery options are often same day. They answer questions quickly and send prompt updates via text. I'm so done with 30 min hold times and long times for old school pharmacies. It feels like you have a friend helping you out rather than just being a number.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE capsule!! I’m currently pregnant and my OBGYN is partnered with Capsule. I had never heard of this pharmacy before my OB office. However, since they had nothing but great things to say and had plenty of information about the pharmacy and services, I figured to go ahead and give them a try. I am so impressed and grateful for this service! My OB put in a prescription for me and I received a text from Capsule. I made a log in account with them and was able to schedule delivery for the next day. They offer multiple different time frames to choose from, instructions for the driver, and inform you of the cost(if any) for your prescription. I chose delivery for around 4pm and the delivery was right on time. My medicine came in a cute little enclosed box with proper labeling. Inside the box was my medicine of course, along with some welcoming information, a hand written note expressing appreciation for me choosing to use them and offering any and all assistance that may be needed and some cute a** stickers!! How cute and thoughtful! I just feel like that is so personalized and above and beyond! I 100% recommend you start using Capsule if your not already. Oh and I forgot to mention a huge benefit, being pregnant and not having to get out and pick up meds, AMAZING!
A delivery pharmacy that actually delivers as promised. I saw a card for Capsule at my doctor’s office and after having tried several pickup and delivery options, Capsule is eons above the rest. Quick, helpful customer service. Easy for doctors to communicate with. Free delivery and discrete packaging when delivered so you can even receive at work/office setting. Can’t recommend them enough!
This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Their communication via their app is excellent. Their delivery of medications has saved me countless hours and headaches. There was one prescription I needed same day and they helped me work with my doctor to get it filled ASAP. It is also extremely convenient being able to look at the app and know when my prescription refills will be available.
I LOVE Capsule!!!! After using inadequate pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS for years I’m so grateful for Capsule. I never have issues with them receiving prescriptions unlike the other pharmacies who always seem to “not have anything on file”. Capsule handles all of the communication with the dr. and insurance company which saves hours of my time. The app is fantastic and so easy to set up a delivery. The chat feature is great and they respond quickly. The delivery staff is very polite and always on time. I will NEVER go back to a Walgreens or CVS again. I recommend Capsule to everyone I know who has prescriptions. Thank you Capsule!
