First time renting from this location (cheaper than renting from the airport by the way) and my check in was a breeze, I was on my way within 10 minutes. I would definitely rent at this location again.
I been renting from here for a couple months. Then boom here comes a $400 charge.. now my money is stolen off my credit card & I'm now stopped from being able to work. Thank you avis for again showing me blacks/latinos are being targeted for smoking...I vape not smoke and carrying weed in a car is not smoking... I went through this already twice and it's getting tired... You will be giving me my money back
The agent I spoke with on the phone told me it was much less expensive to rent away from the airport. I appreciated that. The people , or the woman at the rental place in Boston was very kind and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member I interacted with on Monday August 16th - from car return to front office - was incredibly helpful and informative. They went above and beyond and it was really appreciated.
My wife and I were harassed and verbally abused by an Avis employee. It was so bad that I had to call 911, as my wife was scared and in tears. Cars are also not properly maintained, as low tire pressure light went on.

Despite the fact that I am a Quicksilver member and all necessary information had been provided in advance, I had to wait in line and decline all the usual extras before I could get the keys to my rental car. BOTH self serve kiosks were out of order.
This location doesn't have any clue how to operate. I "rented" a car from them, never got a confirmation, rental agreement nor a receipt. After days or nothing, I was told by Avis customer service to deny the charge. Avoid this location at all costs.
