This place is terrible. They do not honor pre-booked reservations. I took time off work and expected to pick up the car rental that I reserved several days in advance. When I got there the counter rep said they don’t have any cars available and that the online reservations don’t reflect their inventory at the store. No cars available at all for the entire day.

Awful experience. Customer support service is a kind of chat GPT and after several tickets no one was answered with sense. The ones that got some kind of answer, after sending my reply by email, the system broke down with 500 server error and were never replied back again. You better have no issue with them because you'll be on your own. I contacted support because of the state of the car that I received as can be seen in the pictures:
Vehicle was not cleaned, gas tank wasnt full, and tire was low. Desk staff not friendly. Alerted staff to low tire and was told they didnt have anything to check the pressure, I needed to go to a gas station. I had rented a recreational vehicle and didnt get one.. front desk didnt even advise what vehicle they gave me just handed me a slip of paper and told me to find my way downstairs. This was not the type of vehicle I reserved. I will rent from the airport from now on.. always had great service there.
