Picked up a vehicle for a week, I got a pretty new vehicle, Kia Telluride with very low miles and it was clean. Returned the vehicle very easily although they were very busy, Boston traffic diverted me to a different garage entrance but still returned on time. Friendly staff at counter and in the garage, thanks Phil.
We ran into trouble and the personnel (Radovane) really helped us out. Great service!
We received a Dodge Hornet which skidded at almost every turn, brake or acceleration. Sometimes, it revved up without reason. We wonder if the electrical engine was functional at all, as its display was permanently turned off and this “hybrid” with its 1.3 liter engine went a full 19 mpg!
I have rented from this agency and location multiple times. Their cleaning policy is completely up to how lazy the person in the garage is feeling. Charged the full $450 cleaning fee because of "dog hair", and when confronting the company, 90% of the photos were of the outside of the car, which of course was dirty because it's January in New England. They are completely unhelpful. Never renting from this company again.

The employee who processed our return in the garage was both verbally and physically abusive. I don't use that word lightly. He berated us at length over a small amount of sand on two floor mats, told me he was going to charge me a huge cleaning fee, got in my face, smacked his hand on the car, threw the keys at the car, and told us to get out. Then he stomped off. I took pictures of the car, shook the sand off the mats, and left. The keys were still on the hood of the car. Our rental car return wasn't processed until we called every day for three days. (If I had looked up the Google Maps reviews for this location before renting, I would not have chosen it; there are reviews from other users detailing a similar-sounding person screaming at customers and calling them the N-word.)

I rented a vehicle for a few days. The vehicle was clean and the staff were very friendly. The process was smooth and quick. They went over the vehicles features with me and made sure I had no questions. I will be renting from this location again!
