Audi Chicago Service Center

Just had my car in and had a really great experience and appreciated the Advisor taking time explaining everything, the text updates and the video walk-through and approval. Rudy was great to work with and it definitely felt like they took their time to thoroughly go through everything with my car which I appreciate. That said, I don’t love that they charge a 3% credit card fee… it frankly feels pretty tacky given it’s a luxury brand.

I had a fantastic experience with the Audi service department. Just two days after purchasing my new Audi, I unfortunately blew a tire. They got me in right away, provided me with a loaner vehicle, and because my car was less than 48 hours old, they waived the labor charge and only charged me for the tire. The entire team was professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to take care of me. Excellent customer service—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Tony is a great service advisor. Timely communication and great at problem solving when needed. The support staff is organized and accommodating with loaners and the overall experience is good.

Easy to schedule appt. Service advisor couldn't have been nicer and knowledgable. The text messages with videos of the car and updates was great. And a clean car on pickup! My only hiccup was, when booking online, they asked me for any other issues. I was having radio trouble. A bot asked me a BUNCH of questions. But that data went nowhere - my service advisor never saw it in my file so they didn't check it out. A very small bump in an otherwise pleasant and efficient experience.

Great service. Tech video explanation was also useful. Just needed software update to take care of SOS. Only downside is the new Audi require a day to fix. No more waiting, I guess that is the new standard.

Extremely frustrating experience with Audi Service Center Chicago. I’ve called four separate times, left multiple voicemails, and even sent a text message — not a single response. I then tried emailing using the address listed on their website, and the email was kicked back as undeliverable. Completely disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and support. If you value timely service and accountability, look elsewhere. UPDATE: social media team responded (as you can see) that they’ll have management review and follow up. But still have NOT received a call back to any of my attempts. It’s been over a week. I called Audi in Highland Park and got an answer immediately and help immediately. Unfortunate that I have to commute an hour one way to get help but it is what it is. Don’t fall for their attempt show that they care via their response to these negative reviews. And apparently when I update my review it took away their response to my original message.

The service experience has always been great for me . In and out with clear options for a loaner or an UBER if the vehicle is going to be overnight or delayed. Shout out to Erick Lopez one of the Service Advisors .

I brought my Audi in for service and was handed a long list of “urgent” repairs totaling more than $5,200. The biggest concern was the claim that my rear springs and spring mounts were damaged and needed to be replaced immediately. They presented it as a serious safety issue, even though I’ve never noticed any noise, ride problems, or handling issues. They didn’t provide clear photos of anything broken — just a short video that didn’t actually show any visible damage. That raised a red flag for me, so I took the car to an independent shop for another opinion. After inspecting the suspension, they told me the springs and mounts were completely fine and didn’t need to be replaced. The same shop also let me know that the bulk of the additional recommended services weren’t necessary either. The only thing I truly needed was new tires. If I had gone ahead with the dealership’s recommendations, I would have spent thousands of dollars on repairs and services I didn’t need — including major suspension work that wasn’t actually required. This experience felt misleading, and I’m glad I checked elsewhere before agreeing to anything. If you’re considering service here, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion. I won’t be returning.

This review is specifically based on my experience with Elias Lopez and Sam. I had been referred to Fletcher Jones by Ron at European American Motors and Florin at Lincoln Park Import Service after being told that I would need timing chain service for my Allroad. Both independent mechanics suggested I take the car to be diagnosed directly from Audi due to an extended warranty for the timing chain for my model — I had also received a postcard in the mail about this extended warranty for the timing chain service. I was basically running up to the very edge of the extended warranty period to get this service done and was concerned about the out of pocket costs should it be determined that it wasn't necessary or not covered by warranty but needed to get the final word from Audi directly. Fortunately, I had all of the documentation that I had properly maintained and serviced the car during my ownership of it. Elias helped me through the process and communicated everything between the Audi warranty center, the mechanics at FJ and me. He shared the good news that the timing chain replacement would be covered by Audi, with no cost to me out of pocket. I did have a couple of other repairs to address and still had to pay out of pocket for another repair, but all things considered, the warranty replacement of the timing chain is a huge win and I'm just happy to keep my car. Elias and Sam went above and beyond and I'm truly, truly grateful to them and their service.

Manny and his staff are the BEST. While my vehicle was in for service they communicated with me every step of the way. After going to another Audi dealer for service and not receiving good service at all, Audi Chicago restored my faith in Audi Service. I will go to this Audi Service Center from now on 110%!
