Good service. They have a cool thing that gives you a ride home and back. The service guys honestly really aren't that pushy which is a relief when you own such an expensive vehicle.

The facility is so nice you might confuse it for a Billy Dec night club! My service rep William is spectacular. There are less expensive places to get your Audi serviced, but simply driving into this "Taj Magarge" makes you feel good.
Service Center in Chicago, Although I am still speechless searching for the appreciating words, I could only use hundreds thanks to the staff especially Vanessa,Angie,axel and the service manager who really rescued me from a complex and sudden repair needs on my old Audi. What they did were way above my expectations after learned about my hardship that I was encountering. The completion of your service showed strong cares and honesty that many other dealers do not possess. This service center definitely differentiates itself from others with further success and gain continuous loyalty from its Audi customers like me. Strongly recommend it!

I’d like to start by thanking Mike. I own a 2023 Audi A6, and due to a rare issue, I had to bring it in under warranty. Since there was no error code, identifying and fixing the problem was genuinely difficult and time-consuming. It was a challenging process for me, but both IVO and especially Mike did everything they could to keep me satisfied and reassured throughout. Mike kept me updated with regular messages and always gave me confidence that the issue would be resolved. He’s by far the most friendly, professional, and humorous service advisor I’ve ever met. This is a service center that focuses on solving problems rather than creating them, and in my opinion, it's the best Audi service experience I’ve had. I can confidently recommend this place to anyone.
I was initially surprised on the re-brand. But I didn’t need to be. The service was the same high-level I’ve come to expect from Audi. Everyone was pleasant and genuine. Mike Krapf was super personable and honest. And my car was cleaned, vacuumed and ready sooner than I expected.
Payed $500 for a diagnosis and car came back with low tire pressure light on and my right daytime light is out ! I’m just going to take this as a lesson and never come back again … every dog has his day.. but great customer service on that end . She cool in my book
