Overall, I’m disappointed with the level of customer service and communication during my recent visit. The experience felt like a noticeable downgrade compared to when this location was part of Fletcher Jones. Over the past 10 years, I’ve purchased several vehicles through Fletcher Jones and consistently received outstanding service and timely updates. During this visit, I initially brought my vehicle in due to recurring software error messages indicating a “drive system malfunction,” even though the car was driving fine. I was told after one day that the vehicle was fixed. I came in to pick it up, waited for some time, and was then informed that the car was not actually ready and that I would need to return later. That was frustrating and could have been avoided with clearer communication. From there, it ultimately took nearly two weeks to resolve the software issue. While I understand that updates and installations can take time, I did not receive any proactive communication during that period until I was notified that the vehicle was ready. Even a brief message letting me know the software was still being installed and expected to take an additional 2–3 days would have been greatly appreciated. I also noticed a difference in the overall atmosphere. During prior visits when this facility operated under Fletcher Jones, the staff was consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. On this visit, I did not experience the same level of hospitality — simple gestures like smiling and greeting customers make a meaningful difference. On a positive note, I did appreciate receiving a relatively new loaner vehicle, and that portion of the process was seamless. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve the customer experience. I value the convenience of this location and would very much like to see the service quality return to the high standards I’ve experienced there in the past.

PART 2 of a previous REVIEW. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO GET IT REPAIRED AT AUDI CHICAGO @ 949 N Elston. You have been WARNED to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The Carbon in my vehicle is fine. Your Service Department left the 2nd air feed line combination air value detached causing the engine light to appear !!!! After the first oil changed I had to bring my vehicle back the same day within hours after picking it up from your service department because a gasket blew (was told that you guys didn't install it correctly) causing coolant to leak everywhere...well I had coolant mixing with my oil (milkshake photo) that I sent to the General Manager's email and it caused my PCV to FAIL. I had to get it replaced, the coolant was removed and I had a new oil change and I'm thankful that they caught this because the end result could've been catastrophic!. The repair shop I took my vehicle to said if I had a carbon cleaning ( which I don't need) this would NOT have resolved the issue with my vehicle and I would've continue to have the same issues as described in my first review post. I sent all photos to the General Managers email with a copy of a statement the repair shop gave to me regarding their findings. Audi did not and probably will not respond to these reviews from me or emails sent which speaks to their unprofessionalism and they don't care attitude about their customers because all they want is your MONEY!!. My vehicle is running without issues and there is NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON !!! I paid a fraction of the price your Service Department was trying to charge me for a Carbon Cleaning that I didn't need instead of finding the root cause of the issue that your Service Department caused with their shotty guess work on repairs and incompetence. All the other repairs you said that I needed was all a LIE. The repair shop that I took my vehicle to said my vehicle is in immaculate condition because of the fact that I kept up with all the scheduled maintenance. Shame on you AUDI CHICAGO! Where is my Audi Trailer Hitch Insert/Cap that mysteriously disappeared from my vehicle while it was in your care . When I brought it to your attention I was told that it was later found and you agreed to mail it .. it’s been a few months and I have NOT received it . Do yourself a favor and NEVER bring your vehicle here for service.

I picked my car back up without completing any work and will not be back. Impossible to make an appointment without jumping through hoops Staff is hesitant to answer questions The required use of texting and websites is a hassle They seem to be disconnected from Fletcher or unwilling to honor the free dent removal or access paid maintenance agreements. The experience is not for me, I’ll find another dealership.

I had an excellent experience at the Audi Chicago Service Center thanks to Samir. He was knowledgeable, resourceful, and demonstrated outstanding communication and people skills throughout the entire process. My vehicle was taken care of promptly, and the repair was completed in a timely manner. The loaner vehicle was also a great addition and made the experience even smoother. Thank you, Samir, for your exceptional service and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I recently had my car serviced at the Audi Chicago Service Center and had a very positive experience. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the entire process smooth and efficient. They clearly explained the needed repairs and maintenance, and the work was completed on time. The service center is clean and well-organized, which makes the visit more comfortable. Prices were reasonable for the high level of service provided. Overall, I felt confident leaving my car in their hands and would recommend this service center to any Audi owner in Chicago.

I needed urgent repair on my Audi. I was able to get it serviced right away with a loaner car. Samir B. Kept me informed about the issue and checked in regularly to make sure I had what I needed. The facility is huge, clean, and accomodating to customers. They take their customer service seriously including providing snacks, coffee, and comfortable places to sit and work while waiting. I would recommend this to anyone.

I had to bring on my car for a long standing issue that was previously misdiagnosed and unresolved. The service team finally correctly identified and fixed the issues. Glad for that as I really don't want a car note. My new service consultant Manny was great. He is always professional, responsive. Special mention also goes to the loaner team: Sadé, Annette and one other female employee whose name I regrettably cannot recall. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. Lastly, my car was cleaned well and ready for pick up when I arrived.

I had a great experience with Audi Customer Service. The team was professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions clearly, and worked diligently to ensure my issue was resolved in a timely manner. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly reflect the high standards of the Audi brand. I appreciate the excellent support and would highly recommend Audi to anyone looking for a company that values its customers.

Had my vehicle inspected at another dealer everything was great after waiting for part for a month they contacted me saying they had parts in but it would take another month to get me in. I called another dealer and same thing. So I decided to call Audi Chicago and spoke to servando lopez he told me he would be happy to help. got my car in and it was fixed and did maintenance it needed in 2 weeks other dealer was talking about 2 months. Thanks servando lopez and crew at audi keep up the great work
