Came for my oil change service appointment on time. Waited 2 hours there and decided to ask the advisor for an update. He said work has not even started yet for my car because they were backed up. Why did they even confirmed my appointment and not tell me of the delay? I cancelled my service and left. Simply atrocious service.

$400 worth of items are still missing from my vehicle. When called to explore and for assistance, no one has reached out to assist to find the items. Left a message and no one has returned my message. I will be getting service every two weeks from now to January. Its quite frustrating,

Extremely disappointed with the service I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change I arrive on time more than 5 receptionist on their phone non attentive until one ask to help finally then tells me 3-4hrs for an oil change yet it was only one other customer there 3hrs later tell me they didn’t even assign a technician to my vehicle yet picked up my vehicle and had to find somewhere else to go to
I just had a fantastic experience at the complimentary car wash at the Audi Service Center. Joseph took the time to use a razor to get bird poop and other stuff off my car before going through the automatic car wash. He told me to come through the car wash one more time and he took another look over everything. It was great service. Thanks Joseph!
My experience owning an Audi has been horrible. It was literally 5 years of wondering when the next light would active in the vehicle or when the next $3K repair was going to be needed. The sales representative, Channing, who sold me the car was amazing and the service advisor, Manuel, (who I saw entirely too often) was very patient and understanding with explaining the many issues that occurred with my vehicle and navigating my frustration with the car. My concerns regarding Audi and not with the employees. My concerns are the quality of the product being sold and the ridiculous cost of repairs.
