I go in for service/maintenance regularly and Tony has been top notch as a service advisor. He helps you understand the work that is recommended and what could be causing issues if any. Highly recommend. The work done at the service center is high quality and if there is anything that isn’t up to proper standards they will make things right and get the job done. The higher price point for service at a dealership is worth it in this case to know the work is done properly

The staff at the Audi service center in Chicago are AMAZING. Manny has taken great care of me every time I've needed to come in. I love the option to choose between a ride share and a loaner, and the loaner process is always so quick and smooth. The shop manager, Gabriel, is so nice and knowledgeable and all of the staff make me feel like I'm their first priority.

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!. Learn from my mistake people horrible customer service and service department. If you have a German car especially I would strongly advise you not to bring your car here. First their service department — Took my car there early February , with my concerns and paper copy of codes we scanned from the cars computer. Not only did they not fix the main issue they ran up my warranty without my permission and fix “recommend work”. They gave my car back to me with the check engine light on(wasn’t one when I took it). I had it for one day and it shut off on me 5 times while driving and not to mention a lot more was wrong with it so 11k later we had to tow it back!. I had originally wrote a review before they threaten me that if I didn’t take it down they would not fix my car. And on top of everything they took months to communicate and order the part and fix my car and refused to give me a loaner vehicle. They ended up charging us around 900 for just the starter. We paid outta pocket since they ran up my warranty we were out of options. Picked up my car 6 months later with the check engine light still on. There employees were also horrible — Their customers service representative “Ebony” was so rude when I called for an update about my vehicle that they had there since January. It’s June now. She threatened multiple times to hang up on me and was sarcastic and snappy. All I asked was for her to transfer me to any one of the multiple managers because they all know the situation. I’ve been going through with fletcher jones Audi for months now. She then kept me on hold for 10-15mins. Just to tell me she wasn’t going to transfer me because she thought they couldn’t help. Ignored me when I was asking a questions. Told me she couldn’t keep me on her line I was wasting her space she was just going to disconnect the call. I hung up called back spoke to someone new and within the minute she had me connected to a manager. So exactly how wasn’t EBONY able to connect me to anyone while I was on the phone for 18mins. Vehicle purposefully damaged — Horrible customer care, miserable employees. And their mechanics and service department with all the disrespect were incompetent, I feel like everything they touch they fked up more the check engine light is on the EPC light just came on. I took my car there and yes my driver window tint was messed up already but I had not took it to get fix because PRIORITIES the car was in service for months, when I received my car the tint hanging on by a thread. Like it was messed up there is no reason why they should’ve been putting the window down and it looks like it was purposefully damaged and pulled out. The front plate frame also damaged. The first pictures were taken February the same time I sent out my car to Audi. I will be putting a pictures in the comments. At this point Thee fletcher Jones is at fault, he is able to call the boss of the franchise I work for and complain about my reviews but cannot ensure my vehicle comes back to me fix and without exterior and interior damage?!.

It was in good faith that I brought my 2014 GMC to their service based on the thoughts that they might have the first class of experience, technically knowledges, and good service. However, against my believe that I have to say the experience has been ridiculously horrible and the repairs has been unpredictable expensive. Not to mention that the same day that I pick up the car which supposedly be fixed already from their shop , the car shut down while I was driving home on a busy road . As the first pic indicates that it has to be towed back to their shop for unknown issues. The second time I picked up the car, again supposedly be fixed after dropped another $6K , the car started shaking and the transmission light came back on again which was the very first reason I brought the car to them . So, the car was towed back to them again as shown in the second pics. I have this car for the past 5 years. During these years, none of these issues has occurred . It was suppose to be a simple battery replacement. Unfortunately, after $7 K of repairs cost , the car is till at their store . The horrible experience is that , no one has contact me to let me know what’s going on, even I have been reaching out to them several times. Beyond disappointed . The management”s ability in handling small issues as such is quite disappointing and in capable . The mechanic capabilities is over rated . The shop has not taken any responsibility on their part either financially or customer comfort goes.

From the get go the team at AutoNation was laser focused on matching me with the car model and features I really wanted. I started by thinking I just wanted to replace my 2013 Q7 with the same model. By asking great questions and presenting other options, I ended up with an S-Q8. Truly, I have never been so excited to own a car .

Steep Decline in Customer Service Since AutoNation Takeover I brought my Audi Q5 into Audi of Chicago (AutoNation) for its required 20,000-mile maintenance, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment alone took three separate phone calls, each involving extended hold times, before I was finally able to reach the AutoNation call center. This was already a disappointing start for what should be a simple and efficient process. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was told to go to the desk “with the water bottle” where the service representative couldn’t be bothered with a good morning or to tell me his name. I was texted a link to upload my driver’s license and credit card information, but was not informed that I would also need my insurance card. Previously, insurance was not required for loaner vehicles, so this was unexpected. Naturally, my insurance card was in my vehicle — which had already been taken back for servicing. To make matters worse, the app I was instructed to use was completely nonfunctional, resulting in over an hour of delays just to upload documents and finalize drop-off so I could receive a loaner. For context, I purchased my vehicle when the dealership was still under Fletcher Jones, and the contrast in service since the AutoNation buyout is stark. The customer experience has declined significantly, and unfortunately, this visit reinforced that impression. The issues continued at pick-up. I received an invoice that was supposed to expedite the pickup process, and I was instructed to give 45 minutes’ notice so the vehicle would be ready. Despite following those instructions, the invoice was incorrect, and my car was not ready when I arrived. When I finally received my vehicle, it was covered in ice, clearly just pulled from the outdoor lot and the exterior wash was extremely subpar with plenty of dirt still left on the car. Additionally, no interior tidying/ cleaning had been done, which had always been standard and expected during routine service under Fletcher Jones- gone are the days when this dealership took pride in their vehicles. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing customer service experience. Since AutoNation has taken over operations, I’ve noticed a dramatic decline in service quality, which is unacceptable for a luxury brand like Audi where little details make a big difference in keeping clients committed to a brand. This level of service simply does not match the standards one expects when purchasing and maintaining a premium vehicle.

This was my first time at Audi of Chicago. I brought in my 2020 A6 Allroad that I had recently purchased out of state. First off, the facility is modern, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. A new building wrapped in glass and 30 foot ceilings. Quite impressive as you drive in the service bay. The bay itself was spotless and bright. I was greeted by Eric immediately and he began to inquire about my visit. Eric was so easy to talk to. He was kind and articulate, and not only knew a ton about Audi's, but he owns one himself! Eric made the experience easy and fast. Later that day, Eric called me to let me know my car would not be ready on time for me to pick it up same day. So he sends me an Uber, brings me to the facility, and has a brand new Audi for me to drive the next day so I can get to work and do my errands. I never asked or expected such treatment but it has left a lasting impression on me. I used to have this type of service some 30 years ago at a different high end auto shop and thought those days were long gone. Audi Chicago and Eric have changed my mind. Personal service with a kind smile still exists, and it is right here at Audi Chicago.

Service from the moment you drop off your vehicle is phenomenal. At every point of my service each interaction was handled with the utmost professionalism. Mike Krapf kept me informed to every detail that was being performed to my vehicle and communicated with knowledge of each of the issues being worked on. The service at Audi Chicago is second to none.

This was my first time coming to this location. I called about three times to make an appointment. I successfully made an appointment with the automated system on my third call. I called so many times because I wanted to verify my maintenance plan prior to confirming the appointment. The two live people I spoke with said they only handle scheduling and forwarded me to a number that never answered nor returned my call. When I arrived I waited and someone walked to the car behind me and proceeded to check me in. I then asked why I had been skipped. My service professional had been speaking with his supervisor but no one asked me who I had an appointment with prior to me being skipped. The service professional Tony was nice. I went to the waiting area and the TV wasn’t working. So I went I side the area were the merchandise is and waited for eye contact said excuse me to the first lady sitting down. I didn’t catch her name but she was a black woman. I didn’t feel bad about interrupting because from body language her and the man she was talking to were having a personal conversation. I told her the tv wasn’t working. She said we can’t do anything. I asked her who did she mean, me or her. She said her. I said well who can do something. She says maintenance. I said okay, where is maintenance, she said “I don’t know”. At this time a woman walked over in a maroon sweater holding a tablet and I asked her for maintenance. She said “Why?” I said the TV is like stuck in the DirecTV logo screen. Do you know she walked over to where the lady I was just talking to was sitting and opened a cabinet to her left (my right) and the remote for the TV was in there!? I told the lady look at that the remotes were by you this entire time and smiled and walked off. After later observation that lady was using her time to book a date because the man slide his business card to her and she put it in her purse. So to sum it all up about 40% of the people I encountered were nice and professional. I waited about 1.5 hrs for my vehicle to be done.

Vanessa was my service consultant and she was amazing. She took the extra time to explain each service thoroughly. I definitely will return to her at my next scheduled service or any service needs.
