The service report Vanessa was nice. The tech reporting by video on the service he performed was talking uber fast. Not really customer focused. The day my car waa serviced was the same day of an eye procedure. My car went in for yearly maintenance and battery recall. I had a loaner for what I thought would be at least one day. Well, the car was ready by 4 something. I was expected to bring it back by 7 pm or risk $250 loaner fee and $150 storage fee. I brought the car back as soon as could get someone to take me. It was just before 7 with no time to refuel 1/4 of a tank. That cost me $36! Location is where I purchased the car but no convenient.
Erick went above and beyond to make sure my service experience was worth coming back for. Fast service, reasonable prices, and most importantly, repaired an issue on my car I wasn't able to figure out for weeks. Thank you Erick! Would definitely recommend bringing your Audi here for any service needed.
The facility is so nice you might confuse it for a Billy Dec night club! My service rep William is spectacular. There are less expensive places to get your Audi serviced, but simply driving into this "Taj Magarge" makes you feel good.
Service Center in Chicago, Although I am still speechless searching for the appreciating words, I could only use hundreds thanks to the staff especially Vanessa,Angie,axel and the service manager who really rescued me from a complex and sudden repair needs on my old Audi. What they did were way above my expectations after learned about my hardship that I was encountering. The completion of your service showed strong cares and honesty that many other dealers do not possess. This service center definitely differentiates itself from others with further success and gain continuous loyalty from its Audi customers like me. Strongly recommend it!
The Audi representatives were very professional and helpful. I was in a bind for time and they were able to complete the work for me same day with no need for loaner car or to return following day. The customer service agent was very respectful and I have no complaints. #audiforlife
I’d like to start by thanking Mike. I own a 2023 Audi A6, and due to a rare issue, I had to bring it in under warranty. Since there was no error code, identifying and fixing the problem was genuinely difficult and time-consuming. It was a challenging process for me, but both IVO and especially Mike did everything they could to keep me satisfied and reassured throughout. Mike kept me updated with regular messages and always gave me confidence that the issue would be resolved. He’s by far the most friendly, professional, and humorous service advisor I’ve ever met. This is a service center that focuses on solving problems rather than creating them, and in my opinion, it's the best Audi service experience I’ve had. I can confidently recommend this place to anyone.
I came in for a simple oil change with a 1:30 appointment and arrived early. Vanessa, my service advisor, told me it would take 3–4 hours. By 3, she contacted me saying they needed more time. The next day, I had reached out multiple times with no response because she was off, and another advisor (Edgar) had to take over. He then told me…. again.. that it would take another 3–4 hours. I couldn’t pickup the vehicle until Monday. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is extremely unprofessional, especially for an Audi dealership. I happen to be in the market for a new car, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this service center.
I had the worst service experience ever at Fletcher Jones Audi Chicago. The service department overbooked appointments and didn’t have enough time to complete the work my car required, forcing me to come back a second time. The manager in charge (David) simply listened to my complaint but offered no real assistance and showed no concern. Be careful, Fletcher Jones Audi Chicago clearly has no understanding of what proper customer service is.
I was initially surprised on the re-brand. But I didn’t need to be. The service was the same high-level I’ve come to expect from Audi. Everyone was pleasant and genuine. Mike Krapf was super personable and honest. And my car was cleaned, vacuumed and ready sooner than I expected.
My overall experience at Audi Chicago Service Center was amazing. From the moment you drop off your car until it is ready, someone is taking care of you. Processes are defined, known and lived by the staff. Great job!
