I had the best care, the nursing staff was the absolute best I've ever had. Dr McMullen is number one in my book, he is the most compassionate and knowledgeable dr along with Dr. Obeid. Actually the whole team of that Cardiovascular group is amazing.

Admitted for emergency surgery. Everything went great!! Was in tremendous pain, staff was very attentive and never let me suffer. I am forever grateful for the compassion and care that I received during my stay!!!

From the moment I came into the ER to the 4 days I spent at St Thomas Ascension hospital in Nashville TN, I was given the best care. Every staff member in this hospital is caring, kind, knowledgeable, and supportive! The Doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, transporters all amazing. This is what medical care should be! They got me back on my feet again and on the road to recovery.
Everyone is absolutely wonderful. Kept my family informed every step the way. During and after surgery.They mare sure that my pain was managed after surgery. Would highly recommend anyone to use this hospital. All the staff were amazing!! They listened to all my concerns
Was sent home on 3 rx's. One in particular stated in the D/C papers to begin tonight! This was a Fri afternoon. Also had a narcotic. It was not only sent to the wrong pharmx. But wasn't written in time to go to our normal pharmx, so was sent to Walmart. Then Walmart states it written wrong, or something. And they could not confirm w prescriber as it was closed and a weekend. And they didn't receive the other to for blood pressure and stomach. So. Of course we did not start it that night as ordered. As they forgit up send it through. We ended up back at ER in our town and was admitted. I've been a nurse for nearly FORTY years. And have rarely seen (and have never been part of ) this level of negligence. DO BETTER!
Excellent care. Staff doctors are very thorough and help you understand findings. Nursing, tech, lab and the whole floor of staff were awesome. They work together well and it becomes like a family of great care. I was so sick and they hung in there with me to do whatever to make me comfortable. Sounds crazy but I miss those people.
My cardiologist referred me to visit the ER after a triage nurse phone call. Staff was great there, doctor was attentive. I was sent for some tests in various departments, process was quick but staff was iffy. I was admitted and immediately the personnel demeanor shifted. My room number had changed between the ER and the floor I was admitted on, the nursing station was snappy and rude. My room had drops of blood dried on the floor in a line, I was forgotten during the breakfast rounds, I never saw the neurologist I was advised I’d be meeting with. I left with an incorrect diagnosis and some new hardware. I ended up being cared for following discharge for the same symptoms and my outcome was a very simple fix. I wish I had a better review, my care seemed genuine from a lot of staff for most of the time, but simple things were missed out of what I was concerned about, and I feel let down.
