I went here for a simple test in March. AllCare entered the wrong diagnosis/billing code for a standard lab test sent to Labcorp. Instead of it being covered by insurance (as it should have been), I was charged. My insurance explained that AllCare entered the wrong code and it should have been covered. I attempted to call AllCare but the representatives were unhelpful and didn't seem to understand what was going on. I emailed multiple times to see if AllCare could correct the error but--after an initial response stating that AllCare would check on my issue--the AllCare representative stopped responding to emails. I eventually had to cave and pay the bill to Labcorp because AllCare wouldn't respond. I live close but will never go to this AllCare again. My advice is: do not go here for services, it may cost you. PS: My actual experience getting services was not good either. I waited a long time and the nurse did not seem professional or like she knew what she was doing.
Great Doctor. Patient and understanding. Answered all of my questions and concerns and I did not feel rushed. She did not talk down to me and I really appreciated that. Never a long wait . All the staff was inviting and professional. The office was very clean. The only downside is parking.
Dr. Kenyatta is the best. The facility is always clean. And the staff are kind and always smiling.
I had a deeply disappointing experience at Dr. Jeffrey’s office in Decatur. During my recent visit, the nurse asked me to list all of my medications even though I had already completed the online check-in and confirmed them beforehand. I did my best to recall them, but when I couldn’t remember one, she became visibly frustrated and unprofessional. She had no laptop, no tablet, not even a printed record to verify anything I said which is incredibly concerning for a medical office. Instead of assisting or offering any solution, the situation escalated, and Dr Jeffrey went straight into defense mode for the nurse without even asking about my concerns or to gain understanding about the interaction with his nurse. I am highly disappointed in him and he missed an opportunity to model the proper behavior for his staff. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who expects professionalism, empathy, or a standard level of care. If you value being treated with respect and want your provider to operate with basic efficiency and accountability, this is not the place.

My experience was excellent. Everything about my health was taken care of, also I was given referrals for other doctors and medication to help with my health.
I’ve had a good experience with the doctors at this practice but the corporation they work under is incompetent, unresponsive, and profit-driven. I had an issue with the codes they submitted for routine bloodwork. They submitted diagnostic codes despite it being part of routine preventative care. I tried calling but you can only get the call center. After several calls over many months, I finally got the direct line of an actual person. This “director of clinical operations” was unresponsive and ultimately didn’t resolve the issue. After five months of back and forth, I gave up and just paid the bill. It’s not worth the headache of having to deal with a corporate machine every time there’s a billing issue. I won’t be coming back. Additionally, an unscheduled appointment showed up on my calendar. After I emailed to cancel, I received multiple calls from them to reschedule. Interesting how suddenly they were very responsive and eager to secure more business. I can see where their priorities are: profit.
