By far the best office I’ve been to in Atlanta & it’s only minutes from my house. The first time I ever went was cool & I considered switching over for primary needs, but this time I think has me sold! Kenyatta was AMAZING & so attentive! She actually seemed to care about my needs and concerns! Definitely would only want to see her going forward! Such a sweet genuine spirit!
I went to this office on 11/19 with severe tooth pain. I waited and saw the nurse and doctor explained what was going on and was prescribed medication. The pharmacy says they haven't received a prescription so I have been in pain all night without medicine. I called twice yesterday to see what the issue was only to be told that " We are helping other people" as if my pain and suffering is not important. As of 11/20 pharmacy says they still haven't received my prescription. Worst Service Ever
The entire Allcare staff was extremely welcoming & made sure they had all pertinent information correct in their system. As a new GA resident, I was concerned about finding compassionate, knowledgeable care. Kenyatta Collins instilled a great level of trust & comfort during my new patient appointment. She spent a significant amount of time reviewing my health history & was able to build a plan that I was confident in for moving forward with care, this is important to me as I have chronic illnesses that have not been taken seriously in my previous state of residence.
My son was having a severe allergic reaction and this place turned him and my wife away because “they were about to close.” It was 715pm and they close at 8pm.

Hospitality wise and how to let patients know how much their health is important was my biggest experience because i can’t remember the last time in 15 years I visited a healthcare facility. Since I got to know how important it is to check on my health periodically, I can’t wait to visit in two weeks time!!
I adore this team at AllCare. I've had two yearly check-ups here and both times they were so kind and wonderful, but they literally saved my life this week when I walked in with an allergic reaction. It was the end of the day but they brought me in, gave me a steroid and helped me calm down from the whole, freaky experience. Thank you to FNP Collins & the whole All Care team!
I've seen two practitioners here and both were absolutely wonderful. As a plus size woman, I appreciate that they listened to me and did not immediately jump to weight loss as my only option. I feel heard and I feel like these practitioners are on my team. Front desk is also extremely helpful! Thank you for being kind. Will absolutely continue being a patient here.

I made a mistake and booked at their other location but without any hesitation they were able to transfer me over and worked me in right away.
